離萬平口，東夷小鎮都挺近的，房內乾淨衞生，設施齊全，樓下有超市，吃飯的地方，挺方便的，主要老闆娘人很好，很熱情，挺好的

房間很乾凈。房間裏能看海，有廚房，冰箱，洗衣機，熱水器。跟家裡一樣。能滿足需求。周邊有商場飯店超市吃住很方便。老闆很好。強烈推薦。

最差的體驗！住宿第一天的中午到的，還沒出去玩，説停水了，很快會好，就沒當回事出去玩了。五六點回來了發現沒水聯繫了房東，説好了回電話，壓根沒消息。然後我們一家三口出去吃個夜宵，回來發現還是沒水。我聯繫房東溝通，也沒個説法。等到十一點多困死了，一身的汗洗不了澡也睡不了，我主動問有沒有房間先換一間，房東才説可以換一間。收拾東西搬過去快十二點了，洗好澡一點多了。第一天搞得累死。第二天我們上午出去玩了。中午回來又沒水。電話溝通，房東直接掛電話。一共兩天的住宿，兩天都是問題，真當我好説話的！

房間雖沒有酒店裝修豪華，但是挺乾淨，床單被褥乾淨，一次性拖鞋，一次性的浴巾，通風特別好，三個窗户，沒有感覺到潮，離第3沙灘浴場特別近，打卡好地方，離大學城和東禹小鎮，建議夜市去大學城那邊比較實惠。

房間很乾凈，還有飄窗風景不錯，冰箱洗衣機做飯用電磁爐及鍋很全。停車在地下停車場，建議不要導航到樓下的天貓小店。樓下有吃飯的地方很方便，距離海邊走路就可以到，非常漂亮，孩子很開心。

房間整潔乾淨，設施齊全。設施嶄新，周遭環境恬靜優美，尤其雨後空氣清新異常。房間內被褥整潔，有小陽台，很滿意。除此之外，出門旅遊在外，能夠在房間內做飯，聚餐，對此十分滿意。老闆熱情好客，有求必應，總體來説，非常滿意！

首先這個價格真的很便宜，誰家的高層海景房能怎麼便宜呀，靠海這麼近能做到房間一點都不潮，透過窗户就能看到海，可以看出來老闆真的非常用心給我們提供服務，衞生方面真的非常讓人放心。樓下就有超市，買東西很方便，走幾步就是新瑪特，緊靠着大學城遊玩也方便，而且老闆娘人真的超級温柔超級好！！！！賓至如歸，給我一種到家的感覺，甚至比我自己家都舒服，真的超級喜歡！！！感謝這次相遇，會再來的！
