剛進去椅子腳還有沙發插頭都是壞的，不能用，我花了錢就是來消費的，錢裏面本來就包含這些東西的，跟店家聯繫了找人來修，説好第二天來的結果等到第三天，一共也沒住幾天效率很低，店家來了之後跟我們説沒有這種螺絲刀修不了，我們就提出那要麼就退一部分錢還是怎麼解決，畢竟我們是看中這裏的設施才來這裏消費的，花了八百多你告訴我不能用，結果店家就一臉瞧不起的態度，還在那説什麼：行行行那我現在去給你買行吧，你這態度也太那什麼了。真的是搞笑了，我作為消費者提出我的索取有什麼問題，還嫌棄我的態度，那你們店家心裏沒點數嗎，自己有錯在先我已經退一步説退點錢算了，還在那説來説去，後來發現廁所馬桶不穩定，整個都能翻起來真的是噁心死了，體驗很不好，非常不推薦！！！

首先房間很冷空調製熱並不太好用，洗手間淋浴設施破損了，天太晚就沒找，其次房間內智能家居根本不智能，燈關不了是電視也看不了，再次，退房找不到前台，手機扔在前台人不在，苦等半小時都沒聯繫上，自己交了停車費走的，雖説後邊給報了停車費，但是體驗感很差勁，儘量不要選擇這家吧還是

衞生間窗簾露着很大的空隙，洗個澡像現場直播，投影很不清楚，隔音很差，床單也不乾淨，不如100多的快捷酒店，要求舒適環境還是選擇別家吧！

本想帶孩子中午睡個午覺，下午趕火車的。可是酒店電梯到樓層的鈴聲一直在響，樓道里也很亂，隔音非常差。而且剛睡半小時，就有客房服務敲門，問要不要打掃衞生。太氣人了。

訂房快二十年，第一個差評。
1.房間跟平台上完全不符，精裝變毛坯。前台回覆12張圖片最後兩張角落是這個房間，好吧，赤裸裸的欺騙。豪華家庭房就是毛坯加地板？
2.兩個空調一個遙控器，還是壞的，調温度就關，半夜凍死起來調不了温度，而且燈光亮得不行兩晚上睡不好！
3.家庭房的廁所一個平方都不到，小得可怕洗澡都不能轉身。
4.反映給前台完全沒有解決方案，沒有房間可以調整，也沒有任何措施。
唯一欣慰的是前台小姐姐態度還不錯，就是東西需要自己去拿，服務人手不夠。這個可以理解。
但是硬件真的差得令人髮指。長者孩子很失望！
