定了一晚的房間，前台服務非常熱情禮貌，保潔阿姨也很熱情禮貌，房間乾淨衞生，工作細緻。房間陽光通風都很好，我住在邊上，完全沒有噪音。酒店也設有洗衣服和烘乾機，洗了衣服直接烘乾，非常方便，最重要的是酒店全權幫忙洗烘送到房間，出門回來直接穿，太棒了。離海邊也不遠，外賣也很方便。去景區打車也只是起步價，非常適合旅遊小住，旁邊是個學校，風景也不錯，整體非常滿意。

入住的很滿意，酒店前台服務主動熱情，也很專業，我們是過來旅遊的，還給我們提供了潮汐表和酒店周邊旅遊景點，給我們介紹了好吃的飯店。我們去海邊體驗了趕海，孩子也非常開心。酒店客房衞生也很乾凈，房間寬敞明亮，早餐也很好吃，品種豐富，非常滿意。

不能對環境要求太高，總體給人感覺性價比很高，前台很熱情，送了小孩兩份禮物，而且免費洗衣服，送到房間。服務周到！好評！

對這家酒店很滿意，來酒店入住時，看我感冒，多給我兩瓶水讓我多喝水，還給我送的紅糖姜水，服務很熱情，早餐豐盛，值得推薦入住。出來旅遊，無意間發現這家酒店，給我們辦理入住的時候和我們説前台有一次性馬桶墊和一次性刮鬍刀，，特意送給我們，給我們送的早餐，早餐好吃，還幫我們煮了兩碗麪條，吃完早飯，去前台退房的時候，前台問我們去哪玩，我們去海邊玩，還幫我們找了去海邊的車，退房的時候還贈送了一份小禮包，這讓我體會到日照嵐山人的熱情，非常貼心很滿意的一次入住。

房間很乾凈，前台妹妹服務態度很好，提前電話詢問了到店時間，並提前開啟空調，登記入住的時候也很熱情，很暖心。
但是房間洗澡間噴頭出水不好，希望能改進，另外不太滿意的是，第二天早飯的豆漿可能不熟，導致我們一家4口人到中午3口拉肚子，嚴重影響了第二天遊玩，需要好好改善。
