衞生：肉眼可見的乾淨 比萬象滙那邊的衞生好太多了
環境：性價比很高 交通也方便 出門就是萬達廣場 騎車幾分鐘就到萬象滙
服務：姐性格很好 還免費升級了套房 有求必答 有問題 一直幫忙解決 不像某些店家
以後還會來 以後在日照就認定這家啦😍😍

位於萬平口附近 公寓樓下吃的很多 旁邊就是萬達 外賣也很方便 去哪都很方便 而且窗户外面就能看到大海 房間也很大 東西一應俱全 還有廚房 老闆人也特別好特別貼心 公寓有自己固定車位停車免費 體驗感真的很不錯 下次來玩還會選擇住這裏～

這個的特別好好評價一下，地理位置可以，整個樓上都是公寓，我住的這家雖然樓層不高，但是房間確實性價比高，才幾十塊，該配的都配了，而且房子比較新，衞生也是可以的，最優秀的是服務，夜裡一點半蚊子🦟咬的睡不着，抱着試一試的心態聯繫老闆娘，我靠竟然在線，一説情況二話不説從外面送來了蚊香，我説太晚了不要來了，結果説死不聽，非要來送，感動啊感動，必須好評，下次如果還有機會來，還住

房間很乾凈，整潔，温馨，服務也很好，有問題微信秒回。床單啥的特別乾淨，有一次性馬桶墊，比較細節。有停車位，可以免費停車，開車出門很友好，提前會有指引，還説如果找不到，聯繫下來接我。點贊服務很到位了。房間景色也很好，可以看到萬平口，萬平口三號門，視野槓槓的，有機會還會再來的，還選擇這家，會推薦給朋友。

公寓式酒店從酒店的窗可以看到東夷小鎮和萬平口的海，投影很大，兩張床也很大，附近交通便利，附近四公里可以涵蓋萬平口，科技館，海洋公園，燈塔等多個景區，總體來説很不錯，美中不足是衞生間有點小，設備有點舊，強烈建議更換衞生間的門。

很滿意，26樓海景房小巧精緻，五臟俱全，房間樓對面就是萬達商場，樓下就有租小電車的，一天40元，到晚上十點，很實惠， 離海邊沙灘4～6公里，離東咦小鎮（美食小小鎮）2公里，去吃了兩次，超多美食小吃，一家四口租兩個小電車到處吃喝玩，超級方便。最好是租個小電驢去逛景點打卡，非常方便，開汽車找停車位進出排隊麻煩，車位爆滿！

好評！首先房間很大，有廚房有冰箱，廚房裡東西很齊全，對面就是萬達廣場，晚上買點海鮮之類的可以盡情發揮，蒸了一大鍋梭子蟹很過癮，中午打包回來的菜放冰箱，晚上加熱特別方便。京東快遞買自己喜歡的飲料直接送房間，凍到冰箱裏出門也不用買飲料了。最重要的是老闆和老闆娘服務特別好，有問必答，有求必應！還有趕海的工具免費借用，推薦附近的好吃的好玩的也很好。海景房，窗外可以看到大海。走的時候帽子丟到房間了，老闆娘還自費給郵過來了。非常值得推薦！

酒店在高層大廈裏，裏面很多家酒店，一開始不熟悉，感覺不好找，後來熟悉了，從公寓出來，對面就是萬達，往科技館，萬平口等景區開車十分鐘左右，房間兩張大床，空調製冷較好，窗户可以看到日出和日出東方秀的煙花，桌面有點老舊，但用濕巾擦了並沒有灰，打掃得還是比較乾淨的，衞生間和廚房小，廚房我們沒用，衞生間硬塞了洗衣機，不是乾濕分離，應該是潮濕導致衞生間門和洗衣機有黴斑，就沒有使用洗衣機，房間隔音較好，沒有蟲，有問題反饋也及時解決，現在旺季，這個價格是這一片相對便宜的了，總之性價比較高

環境：海景房看海還是不錯的，就是衞生用品給的比較少，問前台要會再給
衞生：衞生較好，衞生間沒有隔斷，但下水還行
服務：前台服務不錯，有別人留下的趕海用具可以借用
設施：空調直對着其中一個床，這個設計不太好，出門會自動斷電，有冰箱和洗衣機，但自動斷電對冰箱不友好
