環境：地處安泰廣場，周邊商業設施不少，也沒有特別嘈雜。住的四樓，視野非常好，滿意。
停車：地面停車場和地下停車場都有，也有充電樁，出車前找前台錄入停車費。
設施：和大部分亞朵酒店一樣，設施配置超出平均水準，房間面積有點擁擠。
早餐：種類很多，開餐時間應該是到10點以後吧，滿意。
問題：枱燈是壞的，排風扇是壞的，電視遙控（應該是接收器的原因）是壞的。

這個店的五分完全是給了服務工作～這是第二次入住～安排的客房也很不錯但是一進屋異味嚴重，衞生細節也沒有第一次滿意，但是服務真心一直很棒，從到店報上預約姓名就和您核實哪個渠道預訂的客人，並及時送上特色歡迎飲品，告訴你如何坐電梯。我到錯樓層，問到客房人員，她甚至放下手裡的工作也陪我等電梯，重新幫**作電梯到正確的樓層。很感謝，這個季節都是搶房的重要時刻。換房也是從前台特意過來帶我到換房的樓層。服務必須肯定，但是客房衞生以及其他細節都還有問題，也能考慮到這個季節的問題。

住過很多城市的亞朵，這個是體驗最差的一次，晚上九點多辦理入住，因為多帶了個小朋友問能不能升房間，回答説不能都排上了，又問了句自己掏錢升，又回答還得重新開空調什麼的，心想就算了，大過年的都少點麻煩吧。但是早上去吃飯的時候，又説訂的房間不含早餐，真是服了，明明訂的含雙早，重新確認後才説有的，太不專業了。

房間衞生還可以，但設施有點老舊了，廁所排風壞了，櫥裏木製衣架開裂。服務分為兩個部分説：好的地方是退房離開後，小哥打電話提醒我們自帶的洗漱用品落下了，其實是不要了，感謝。體驗不好的地方是，可能天冷的關係，前台一直在裏面的房間裏，需要喊一聲，有時要等一會兒，也沒有像其他亞朵酒店，出去遊玩或進門時，會熱情地給我們額外的水。最不滿意的是，本來提供的特色深夜粥服務，年初一晚上沒有也很正常，可以理解，但沒有任何提示，兜了幾圈後再到前台詢問，問了我們房間號後，説沒有深夜粥，這操作也是搞不懂，希望能改進一下。
