This is my second time coming to Rizhao, and I am quite satisfied with the place I stayed at this time. Clean and hygienic! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful! It’s worth spending the extra money! I hope your hotel will continue to maintain its good reputation!

The hotel just opened has a strong smell. It feels like it was opened in a hurry before all the details were worked out. 1. The hair dryer cannot blow out hot air, and the hair cannot be dried for a long time. 2. There is no small refrigerator in the room, and there is no bathrobe. The cabinet is empty. Under normal circumstances, there should not be umbrellas, ironing boards, bathrobes, etc.? There is an exposed meter box in the cabinet, and the film on the surface of the meter box is still on it. 3. The shortcut keys on the phone have not been set yet. You can only manually dial the number to the front desk. Other shortcut keys such as the housekeeping center call cannot be connected. There is no room number on the phone. When asked about the room number, you have to run to the hotel. Look at the room card at the table 4. The room is very damp and the quilt feels dry. 5. The sound insulation of the room is poor and the service process is incorrect. We were renewing our apartment and arrived late the day before. Early in the morning, we heard the male room attendant knocking on the door in the corridor and asking if it needed cleaning. I felt like there was a knock on our door. My husband said it was the door next door, so he continued to sleep. After a while, the male waiter swiped the card to open the door and came in. We were all asleep and were shocked. Is this the wrong process? Think about it, I'm glad I'm not taking a shower On the morning of June 8, 15th, after breakfast in the hotel restaurant, I returned to my room and started to have diarrhea like crazy. I had diarrhea four or five times in a row. Afterwards, there was nothing to poop, and all I pooped was water. I felt really uncomfortable and slept for a while. In the afternoon, I vomited. Fever at night, hot and cold Thinking back, I had breakfast with my husband and children, but they were fine. Why was I in trouble? I ate fish skin, rice-treasure porridge, fungus, and wontons, but they didn’t eat any of these. Maybe there was something wrong with them. I don’t know if they were available that day. Others fell for it 7. The hotel has a laundry room. There is no charge for washing, but there is a charge for drying. You can dry clothes in the laundry room, which is better. After all, it is a seaside hotel. Although the laundry room is relatively simple, it is better than nothing. 8. There is a large indoor basketball court next to it, which surprised us. The children were very happy, although there was no game that day. 9. The hotel is located very close to Taohua Island, which is why we chose it 10. From check-in to check-out, I didn’t experience anyone asking whether my stay was okay, so I didn’t bother to communicate because I didn’t want to cause trouble or make it unpleasant, but to be honest, for such a hotel, it is still a newly opened hotel. The price is on the high side, too high

房間乾淨，服務人員很貼心周到，給小朋友送了早餐券，一整套趕海工具。退房還送了精美禮品，很贊。地理位置距離李家台趕海地近。退潮後，各種小動物很多，小朋友玩得很開心。下次趕海還來，小朋友最愛可愛的小河豚

從進門有專門的工作人員幫忙提拉行李再到前台辦理入住，前台人員給人那種專業且積極主動的態度，真的讓人特別安心。退房的時候，前台同樣細緻周到。不僅詢問我此次入住體驗，還認真記錄下我的反饋。並且送了孩子伴手禮 小朋友非常喜歡！這一系列貼心的服務，讓我深切感受到她們對工作的熱愛與負責。

應該是新開的酒店。房間挺好衞生良好，窗子很大。本來訂的是雙人間 前台服務員小姑娘看我們帶了孩子主動給我們免費換了個床大的房間，服務態度好非常接地氣每次出門回來都會主動打招呼，離海還近走路去海邊也超近得，總體就是好好好好好好好好好

離海邊比較近，酒店園區裏有電動車可以租不用開車出行很方便，房間設施有待提高但總體衞生情況還不錯，前台小美女服務很熱情，我們退房回來有點晚主動給我們做了延時退房很人性化很暖心，大廳乾淨整潔，下次應該還會選擇這家。
