The hotel was renovated from an old building. On the day we checked in, it rained and the window sill leaked. There were hairs and cotton swabs discarded by the previous guests on the bedside. I called the front desk to ask the aunt to clean it, but no one came. The air conditioner was not cooling and turned off in the middle of the night. It will take a long time to repair... By the way, the hotel's laundry room only has one washing machine and dryer, so they can't be used at all...

There is a snack street near the hotel. The location is very good. You can scan the code to rent a tram at the door. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. The floor is quite high, and the laundry room is very convenient. The self-service washing of clothes is very fast, and there is no need to queue up. The breakfast is relatively simple and filling. The restaurant is not big, and the food is not collected in a timely manner. It felt noisy when I went there. The room I booked was shown on the 10th-12th floor. I was assigned a room on the 9th floor, which was separated by one floor. The smell in the corridor was very strong. The room next door was still being renovated during the few days I stayed there. The room facilities on the 9th floor were very different from those on the 10th floor. The 10th floor was renovated and the rooms were quite new. There was a lot of noise in the morning. Fortunately, the room was noisy. After talking to the front desk, we changed the room. In the summer of July and August, the price is one per day. If you want to extend your stay, it is recommended to compare prices through multiple channels to book a more favorable room.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Rizhao Railway Station and very close to Wanpingkou Scenic Area. The hotel has a private parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving parking. The hotel provides guests with welcome fruits and yogurt when they check in. There is freshly ground coffee at the front desk and breakfast. Shandong Pancake, the hotel's attentive and thoughtful service makes it feel like home, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the mattresses and pillows are moderately soft and hard, which is great!

Rizhao is really a tourist treasure city! The hotel is very close to the train station, but now most of the hotels in Rizhao are at the West Railway Station. However, there are direct buses to this location, which is very convenient. The distance to the beach is not too far and the taxi price is very cheap~~ The price is low and the happiness index is too high Got it! There are Shandong pancakes for breakfast~delicious😋

真的是要吹爆這個如家商旅酒店，住過那麼多如家商旅，這是我最喜歡的一家，出差在外選擇連鎖酒店肯定不會踩坑，都有自己的標準和要求，沒想到這個如家商旅居然增值服務做的那麼到位，晚上喝完酒回來酒店餓了，就讓前台給撐了一碗粥，給拿了一疊小菜，並且前台主動給送來醒酒茶，太貼心了，洗衣房也是完全免費的，烘乾機老好用了，看我洗的襯衣還幫我熨了一下，太貼心了，停車也有地下停車場停車完全免費，太好了，下次來日照一定要再住這個酒店，太好了的太好了😀

像我這樣對入住品質有要求的，可以給這家酒店打滿分。位置很好，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，房間衞生很乾凈，挺明亮的，服務態度很好，餐廳乾淨衞生，還有洗衣房免費洗衣真心不錯的選擇。
