I was extremely dissatisfied with the check-out experience at Kapok Hotel Rizhao, especially the serious lack of service attitude and professionalism of the front desk staff. As the face of the hotel, the service level of the front desk directly affects the customer's check-in experience, and this experience was disappointing. The staff's proactive request for good reviews and asking for personal names to be added was extremely unprofessional, which not only did not comply with industry norms, but also damaged the reputation of the hotel. As a consumer, you should not be asked to give special treatment or extra attention when booking and paying for accommodation through formal channels. I hope that the hotel management can pay attention to this issue, strengthen employee training, and improve service quality to maintain the overall image of the hotel and customer satisfaction.

I only planned to stay for one day, but something delayed my check-out and I came back. I wanted to stay in the room from the day before, but it was sold out. The tea was served to me on the first day, but it was not very tasty. On the second day, another staff member saw me and gave me another cup. I was very grateful and wanted to refuse. However, I personally think it would be better to put a few more bottles of mineral water in the room to save me from calling for it and save money on paper cups. The room was very comfortable and I ate a lot of delicious food around. I will stay here again next time.
