房間總體還不錯，裏面配備設施也比較齊全，小孩子挖沙子工具，做飯的調料都有，離景區也不遠，就是投影比較廉價，中間清晰，四周模糊，估計商家也是受騙了。小窩牀頭櫃衹有一個，還需要手動拉凳子過去，不太方便，周圍停車不是特方便，不建議開車或租車！門口有電動車可以租！

帶着長者孩子入住，三室全是大床很舒服，裝修風格很清新簡潔，室內陳設傢俱用起來都很舒適，美中不足的是廚房的廚具衹能説湊合用吧。周圍去海洋館和海邊走着都5分鐘，出門帶孩子一定帶小推車，大一點的孩子，可以小區門口租電動車去海邊，騎進景區，很方便，省腳力。周圍有山海便民市場，可以自己買海洋等做着吃，比外面乾淨實惠。

對於本次入住，必須要給個好評3室1廳，適合一家人入住。位置在萬平口大橋附近，離燈塔和帆船基地步行10分鐘的路程。在34層的頂層，大海一覽無遺，視覺感受非常好。裝修風格很喜歡，房間總體比較乾淨，服務態度很好。這個季節能以這個價格定到這樣的房間還是很香的

寶貝們好喜歡這個大圓床，兄弟倆爭着搶着晚上要睡，一進屋就蹦到了這個大圓床上開始嬉戲，鑽被窩。把我們擠到了別的房間，別的房間也很有味道是我們喜歡的風格，床墊睡着很舒服。

非常完美的一次出行～3月就以很優惠的價格預訂了這家民宿，4月份的時候看到很多民宿為了提價毀約的，也一度擔心，但是房東很有契約精神的，還很熱情，有問必答，贊贊贊👍🏻。房屋位置簡直太完美，我們開了兩輛車，房東也為我們準備了兩個停車位，停車位離電梯口很近，搬運行李超方便的。房間裝修很有海洋的氣息，簡約大氣，在房間裏就能看到海，小朋友看到海上的快艇很是開心，海洋公園、東夷小鎮、萬平口步行就可以，在假期這種到處堵車的情況下，真的太便利。房屋很是乾淨，電器也很齊全，24小時熱水，廚房的油鹽醬醋等調料也很全，自己去海鮮市場買回來做大餐沒有任何問題。晚上小朋友們和在家一樣用投影看動畫片，大人們可以放心得聊天打牌，早上睡到自然醒，吃完早餐就可以去海邊了，房東還準備了很多沙灘玩具，都不用自己帶了。真心推薦這家給大家，全家人對這次的安排超級滿意，都説以後要是還來日照必須還要住這一家！

位置 離海邊還是有一定距離的
衞生 洗漱用品有點發黴了 估計是淡季沒有及時換
配套 小區裏面 整體配套一般
不過價格便宜
全程沒有見到老闆和工作人員 可能是民宿不是酒店的原因吧

家庭出遊，五大一小，三間卧室住宿空間完全夠用，一梯兩户小區物業管理比較規範很有安全感，距離萬平口和世帆賽都不是太遠，周邊就有海鮮餐飲，可能因為我們海鮮吃的不太習慣自己做了三頓飯，大一點菜市場兩公里左右，剩下基本在萬達廣場就餐，想趕海的話牡蠣公園就行，要看好潮汐表，房東相當熱情，遊玩攻略可以找房東參考，基本上打卡的地方我們都到了，個人感覺萬平口五號門的沙灘最乾淨而且距離也最近，總的來説這次出行還是很盡興的
