Breakfast is not bad, it seems to be free of charge for any room type? Mainly the service is too bad. There are not many people in the hotel, but every time I want something to be delivered, the three adults are staying. As a result, there is only one pair of slippers in the room. It takes two days to get it... The whole front desk is very slack and the room is not big.

After a terrible experience at another nearby hotel, we were fortunate to find this gem! If you're seeking luxury, excellent service, and English-speaking staff, this is the place to be. The hotel is exceptionally clean, boasts a perfect location, and offers great restaurant options. The gym and spa facilities are fantastic. While room service was a bit slow late at night, it didn't overshadow the overall greatness of our stay. If you're looking for a fantastic experience and top-notch service, this is the place to go!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very rich, including rice, Chinese food, and noodles. I had a great time eating. The room was clean and tidy. The boss was very nice and would introduce you to the local customs, shopping addresses, etc. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay. .

Chinese Service, you can enjoy delicious three meals a day for free, and you can pay with WeChat, making people feel at home. Home from Home! This hotel has incredible friendly and service orientated staff, which makes you feel home. During breakfast they great you with your name, which makes a big difference. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Within all Hilton Hotels I have stayed in as a Diamond Member, this is my favorite place to stay.

Overall good, but breakfast quality could be better. Rooms are renovated - that was nice. The food quality via room service could be higher, but overall it was alright and orders were delivered pretty fast. Staff is polite and accommodating. Definitely not the fault of the hotel - but the traffic in that area was terrible in the evenings. If next time I choose another hotel, that would be just because of the traffic situation. Sheraton was great!

Our travel agent recommended this hotel, due its location for work. It ticks the boxes for a business traveller looking for a decent hotel offering a comfy nights sleep. - Food: Good breakfast selection is offered, omelettes are specially made for you. Evening food is offered at the bar downstairs , but I would recommend to go out and enjoy the local restaurants, our food order was mixed up, probably due to language barrier. - Service: Really friendly welcome on check-in. A lot of information was explained by the front desk staff about the hotel facilities and timings. Gym & Pool: Would recommend taking your gym gear or swimming trunks. The gym is very good with lots of stations and equipment to us. Whilst the indoor pool offers a great place to relax or swim lengths. - Comfort & Quality: Reasonably new built hotel, that offers clean and fresh facilities through.
