This hotel is fantastic. The rooms you could live in easily 365 days a year in absolute luxury. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is excellent. The gym albeit a little small for a hotel of the size is sufficient and the indoor pool lovely. Good location too. However, they lose a star as the hotel staff at front desk and concierge just didn't care. There was no smile on arrival or even any care that you had arrived. They all seemed very unhappy and demotivated. Even the team at breakfast weren't any better. There were three of us travelling on business, so three rooms, and at 5pm none of the rooms were ready, which seemed a little strange, so we went away for a few hours and came back.

Great friendly service, well-appointed room. Nespresso coffee machine in room. Sumptuous breakfast selection. Had the buffet dinner there too - great selection of kebab meats. On the day I checked out, I needed to work during the day - I kept my bags with the concierge after checking out and when I returned to the hotel later, they let me change my clothes in the spa area. Thank you!

Braira Hotel Olaya is definitely a great option for both short and long stays in Riyadh. I’ve booked it for my 2-day visit to Saudi capital. It normally takes about 35 min to get to the property from the airport on taxi. Sadly the hotel doesn’t provide any airport pick up services. Check in was quick, the receptionist was friendly. I was given a smoking superior room with quite a heavy cigarette smell, but the reception kindly changed the room for me to a non-smoking one. The room itself was clean, spacious and very well maintained. Bathroom was spacious as well. TV channel selection was good. Breakfast was not included in my rate, I paid for it on the spot. Food selection was very, very generous. It was a mix of both Middle Eastern and European meals. The location itself is very convenient. Braira Olaya is on a walking distance from both Faisaliyah Tower as well as The Kingdom Centre. There are many cafes in the area as well. Check out was also very quick. I was given my room deposit back in cash. The receptionist has also arranged a taxi to take me to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay there again, while next time in Riyadh.

Hotel traffic is not very good, the reason for road repair. The breakfast was very good and great value. The room was clean and tidy, the service was good and polite. Take a taxi to King's Tower for ten minutes. Originally, there was no toothbrush. After leaving a tip of ten dollars on the second day, not only the toothbrush was equipped, but also an electric kettle. It seems that the tip is very important, hehe. There are three Holiday Inns around, and you should be reminded of the driver's address by taxi.

The location is at the end of the kingdom Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

I usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.
