The room is good and clean It will be good if the reception could give a introduction of hotel facilities Actually It has a gym room in 4/F

The hotel is clean and staffs are so kind. They give me new bottle of water everyday and clean my room everyday.

The room is overall clean and comfortable Price is comparable good if you could receive such quality under the price around 70-80USD per night

The internet needs some attention. It is extremely slow. The bath water for the shower took long to heat up. Everything else was ok I guess.

So bad hotel, for me I will give them zero rate 1- There is only one employee to check in 2- The air conditioner is not working well 3- The room smells very bad 4- There is only one elevator 5- I was contacted the next day telling me when I would be checking out and note that I left on the same day evening!! I never recommend it

Its near King Fahad hospital, which is good. They provide good service, but furniture is very old and having difficulties to find a parking spot

The room was full of cold water, and I had to use cold water to take showers for two days. The room rate was even higher than the room rate for the Saudi Arabia exhibition. This price is enough for a five-star hotel in China, and it is not so bad in Shanghai or Beijing.

I am getting more and more experienced in booking hotels. The accommodation is good and the service is even better. The quality of Middle Eastern countries is far ahead! I like Middle Eastern people very much and have been observing the level of civilization between people.
