The staff of this hotel discriminates against Chinese people. You can't store your luggage. When you walk in the lobby, you have to be reminded to go back to your room. Once you check out, you are immediately kicked out. The attitude is extremely bad, and they even curse!

Really excellent hotel. Not too big or overwhelming. Good gym, excellent breakfast. Nice and quiet. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent. WiFi good throughout the hotel. Great location for anything in or near the diplomatic quarter.

The hotel blends perfectly with this well planned neighbourhood that is proud of its heritage and clearly sets the new vision for Saudi Arabia. Perfect for outside walks, including a taste of the desert at close by track.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Radisson Blu during 3 weeks, as an accommodation graciously provided by my employer. The hotel did not disappoint, offering a comfortable room equipped for long stays with a fully fitted kitchen and a washer-dryer. The only downside was the very limited number of plates and cutlery available, namely 2 of each, which makes you wonder why they bothered providing you with a full size expensive Siemens dishwasher... Apart from that, the hotel is well located in the Diplomatic Quarter of Riyadh, which is a quiet green bubble, but a bit away from everything. As I could walk to work, this was though the perfect location for me. The staff is extremely nice and professional, and the amenities top-notch with a great indoor pool and a nice gym, and a nice quiet outdoor terrace and lounge.. Special commendation for the buffet breakfast that offers a wide choice of fresh pastries, cheeses and fruits, on top of a wide array of hot dishes ! Definitely recommended.

Room was very well equipped and all the services were timely and excellent. All in all a great experience except that there were less food options vegetarians. Staff is quite polite and helpful. Rooms were services everyday in a timely manner.

Rajon Khan Laundry Attendant is great asset for Radisson Blue, Very Professional and Humble, Super ⭐⭐⭐ I have stayed in Embassy Area Radisson Blue, he was on the time, listen carefully my need, provided solution and went extra mile to provide me an adopter, small gesture but proved his attention towards guest satisfaction
