Hotel has everything you might need for business and leisure: luxurious rooms, great facilities ( meeting rooms, business center, restaurants, spa and fitness center etc.), attentive and proactive personnel, that even speaks your language ( big-big thank you to Mustafah - the concierge! He helped me a lot navigating through the hotel and my agenda points). Attention to detail is amazing (like fruits in the rooms) and this is what makes it a good experience! Highly recommended.

Incredible kindness, graciousness and hospitality given during my stay. Special mention to Hany Ismail, Rayan Bakr and Mohamed Abdel Gaber for their dignified service that went above and beyond to support my stay. They are a tremendous asset to the Fairmont Riyadh and their attention to detail and efficiency is very impressive. Facilities are great, breakfast was wonderful and varied and the location is very convenient for frequent airport travel.

I have booked this place for my honey moon it was amazing experience quite, clean , room service, check in and many other great things. They have provided me with their wedding packages and i am pleased with everything in this hotel such as valet and room sizes location food

The gym, sauna, steam, pool and breakfast buffet were absolutely incredible. Rooms very comfortable. And the concierge was the best, he made a big effort to help me to secure a car hire service for the day because it was very busy. Aisam did a very good job. Thanks

From the welcome desk to the room, and back to the hotel, everything was fantstic. The breakfast and the dinner at Hotel 365 is not a forgettable thing. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The only issue I faced was at my check-in day, I arrived around 12 at the midnight. The dinner time was over by 11 PM. I was famished and had to order in the room. At my check-out day (which was after 21 nights' stay), I had to pay the charges of that dinner, although, my booking was fullboard. This was the only negative thing I had to get through, everything else was fine. I wish I could have reached the Hotel Manager or the GM to resolve this matter but I was in a hurry to check-out.

When it comes to luxury, Fairmont is number one, great hospitality and elegant dining experience. Ramadan tent is tge best in town, the food is really delicious and many options to choose from, tge service is amazing and all the staff are well trained led byMr. Hany Ismail who was so professional. Hany is great and making sure that guests are enjoying the experience here in Fairmont. Food is very good and even the valet parking are very respectful. The place is ideally located and even traffic is OK as there was not much cars when we parked. I hope to come back again in the near future.
