The hotel is rather far from the city center which makes it hard to access places. The hotel interior is grand, palatial, and very impressive. The rooms are in need of a refresh as they feel a bit dated. For us, the biggest plus was the interior pool but we felt the actual spa facilities are tired and not very luxurious, they are in need of a refurbishment and upgrade. Overall all a good stay.

Excellent hotel

The hotel's facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which is very good for both men and women; The hotel's breakfast is very worthwhile and extremely rich, including Saudi-style Arabic coffee and dates, as well as rich vegetables and fruits to supplement vitamins. What’s even more amazing is that this hotel also has a Chinese restaurant with good food.

The hotel is like a palace, very luxurious, and the service staff are very friendly. Except for the fact that the front desk phone sometimes cannot be reached, there are basically no shortcomings. It is a great experience.

This palace-like hotel is luxurious, clean and tidy. Apart from being expensive, the bed is a bit small, but it’s almost perfect.

The hotel is old, but the overall facilities are still luxurious.

In terms of splendor, this place is not as good as the 8-star Dubai Sailing Abu Dhabi; But its status as the No. 1 hotel in Riyadh has never been challenged Nearly 10,000 ordinary rooms these days On the 11th and 12th, it is hard to find a room except for nearly 100,000 rooms So take advantage of the off-season when the price drops below 2000 1-2 nights in hotel Strolling inside and out, I feel that this trip is worthwhile

Simply majestic. This was a 4 night business trip to attend an event in the conference hall next door, and there are a fleet of golf buggies so you don’t have to walk in the daytime heat. It’s hard to think of anything that could have been done better, expensive but great

Visiting the ritz is always a pleasure Amazing hotel and service, had the best passion fruit mojito by George at the strike bowling alley. Sahar and Edward were amazing hosts as well. I will certainly be back with my family I will recommend strike bowling alley to my friends

My apologies for the late review! We were here to celebrate my husband’s new job in June and I can honestly say the butchers night offering is absolutely sublime We were looked after by Inshaf and Lucy primarily and every need was more than catered for. Every single member of the team was friendly, polite and helpful, the food some of the best I had in Riyadh. The icing on the cake was being given a beautiful cake and wine as a welcome to Saudi and congratulations! Thanks so much we will be back and cannot wait to dine with you all again!

The restaurants, hotel ambience and staff here are amazing, I love the cigar bar and must say it’s one of the top services here in Riyadh. Especially thank you to Suliman who always looks after his guests with passion
