這家酒店衞生極差，服務也很差，酒店不提供廁所衞生紙，不提供肥皂等任何洗漱用品，也不提供飲用冷、熱水。我在此酒店住了二晚，客房沒有熱水洗漱，問了酒店前台，回覆是“不提供熱水”，而且是“每一天”，第二天要求退房換酒店，堅決不同意退錢，等我告訴他們預訂平台已經同意退款時，他們立即同意換房間，提供熱水洗漱，在我堅持下確定是有熱水後，才又住了一晚，但是悲催的事，晚上回到酒店洗漱時，發現洗澡的水龍頭是壞頭，花灑仍無熱水，無法洗澡，如此，在此酒店二天，都是無法洗澡！嚴重吐槽這家酒店，在外旅行十幾年，從未有過這種情況發生！詳情可見圖片！
