Breakfast is average, but the restaurant has a good view. The room is small and there is no table. The most unacceptable thing is that in addition to the two bottles of water provided daily, there is a charge if you want more. This is the first time I encountered a hotel that charges for water.

We arrived with the intention of staying for God for weeks and as we saw it we left, the bathroom without furniture or shower screen, the dirty carpet that you didn't even dare to take off your shoes, the windows dirty, even on the inside, and poorly soundproofed, something terrible because at the same time Next door there is a construction site and you can hear all the noise, and worst of all, that ashtray smell throughout the hotel.

I spent 2 nights here. When I first arrived, they gave me a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the location is very noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise. But is also a large construction site next door which had digging noises from sunrise to sunset every day. My room was ok, but the wifi signal was quite poor, and dropped often. On the 2nd day, I returned from dinner to find housekeeping cleaning my room after 7 pm, which is ridiculous. In their rush to finish, they forgot to replace the bath towels that they removed, and left their master keycard in my room. A half hour later, they were knocking on my door to retrieve the key card. This was a minor annoyance, more than anything. The issue that was not minor was how they treated me when I asked if they could print my departure COVID19 test result. At first they agreed, but the print out was extremely poor quality (it looked like a bad photo copy). When I requested that they try a different printer, they insisted that there wasn't one. When I asked where I could go to print myself, they called their manager. He agreed to print in his office (clearly the claim that there were no other printers in the hotel was a blatant lie). I waited in the lobby for the manager to return. After waiting 20 minutes I gave up, and returned to my room. Thirty minutes later they brought a good printing up to my room. This process should not have been so difficult. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. The underground parking garage was nice too. I doubt that I will return, when there are so many other options in Riyadh.

Stayed here for a few nights in Feb 2023 The hotel is right on the main road very busy, the hotel itself is very nice and beautiful, excellent lobby area and lovely rooms Checked it quite late arrived around 10pm, nice friendly concierge Staff who helped me checked in, nice lovely room twin room bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities available Rooms are Clean, Bathroom is clean too although the door was missing from the shower but wasnt a big deal Location: Its about 25mins from the airport taking a careem cost around 80 SAR in the late evening, its in the middle of a busy highway, there is a KFC, Hardees, Small supermarket, Tim hortons and few other cofee places around around 1 mins walk away, walk another 8mins or so further up there you have a Danube supermarket, Mcdonalds, Baskin and Robbins so plenty of places to eat The only downside is right opposite the hotels is a Starbucks and another supermarket, however its impossible to cross this road the only way to get to it would either take a taxi or walk 20mins just to get to the other side, not worth it to be honest, stick around to the shops which are walking distance away, Breakfast - Was great nice lovely selection and plety of choices hot and warm buffet, sausages, eggs, falafel, salads, western and arabic breakfast plenty of choices! There is a masjid nearby too about 1 mins walk away for prayer nice lovely small masjid! Definitely would recommend this hotel, however its in the middle of a high road so if you need to travel a bit tax costs may add up, best worth renting a car! Apart from food places nearby there is nothing much else to see, nice comfortable stay if you plan to be out most of the day

The hotel actually opened in 2018, and the 2019 opening information on the website is incorrect. The overall decoration and facilities are at a 3-star level, and the comfort level is lower than that of all-season hotels. There was no place for shower liquid in the shower room, there was a problem with drainage, and the entire bathroom was filled with water after each wash. The hotel is located in the new district, a certain distance from the city, and there are fewer types of breakfast. I mainly received misleading information from Ctrip's website, which is not cost-effective.

The hotel is nice and has good facilities, a fantastic rooftop, a good gym and friendly personnel. Some issue can be done better, from my point of view, to transform this hotel from average to upper scale: 1. In room cleaning can be better, many glass surfaces and mirrors are still foggy and with dust. Trash cans were not emptied everyday and bath kit (shampoo and lotions) not replaced when used. Floor needs some better cleaning too. 2. Breakfast buffet is good and with a plenty of different offers, even though some soft music there might add a touch of comfort, instead of the noise of dishes and cutlery only. In general a good experience that can be made even better with some attention to the details, we know, the devil is in the details.

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.

Great price and great location but very shabby and outdated. There was hardly any food at breakfast, but the staff did try to be helpful, but didn’t know English very well at all. Would recommend if you’re looking for a decent place to stay and don’t mind tiles in the shower looking like they could do with a good clean!

This hotel can be regarded as a hotel. It has good service and good hardware facilities. At least it is safe. There are many Filipino service staff. The food is cheap. The conditions of the room are good in all aspects. There is no comparison and no harm. It is the same as what happened last night. Compared to the Little Black Inn, this place was my savior. The only drawback is that the location is not accurate and it is difficult to find. The check-in gate is on the back of the building facing the road. As a result, after I saw the hotel sign on the road, I looked at the store on the side of the road from beginning to end and couldn't find the hotel entrance.

In general, the staff were friendly, but seems to need more training and experience in service providing. Sometimes I would feel when asking for a service or item, I had to repeat myself or explain and still the message was not clear. They just need more experience. The good: • The room itself was fantastic. Very spacious. The beds are super comfy and you never want to get up! • Clean • Great TV size • Plenty of electrical outlets including USB, so all your power needs for your devices are met with room to spare. • Very good lighting. • Lots of storage space for your clothing and other items. The bad: The bathroom! • Very poor water pressure. It takes forever to shower. • No moveable showerhead, and as mentioned before, with poor water pressure, this was an experience to forget. • Bathtub is not easy to get in and out of, and if you have any mobility issues, this will be a big problem. • A very shallow sink. Whenever you turn on the tap, water bounces off the sink and splashes everything. So you will get lots of water on your clothes. • Very high toilet seat. Anyone under 170 cm will have their feet dangling when using it sitting down. If they can address the bathroom issues, they can make staying there a great experience.
