Difficult to rate as it was super quiet, between ski season and summer. High elevation means cold variavle weather. It's a big old Hotel which is probably a bit past It's best / old fashioned but perfectly comfortable. The staff we met were excellent, we attived like drowned rats, having been caught in a storm whilst cycling. Receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, nice dry garage for bikes early access to room. For dinner we were only two there, and for breakfast, again receptionist sorted out kitchen and our personal waiter was great. Despite language limitations all was good, better thsn a few nights previously at another supposedly higher class Hotel.

Lovely hotel great position for the ski slopes . The staff were friendly and helpful it’s spotlessly clean and has a very warm atmosphere , from the music to the open fire in the lounge the whole place feels very relaxed . The spa is a great addition although it’s not included in the price and the only after ski sauna is in the spa

Buona l'accoglienza, come pure la pulizia delle camere,unica pecca è stata la preparazione dei cibi. Camerieri gentili e disponibili . Consiglierei un corso di aggiornamento per il cuoco. Ottima la posizione,a 2 km dalle piste di Monte Pratello

Hotel con ambienti comuni abbastanza curati,camere confortevoli e pulite anche se con mobili sono un po' datati,personale gentile,vicinanza alle piste da sci di Pratello.Cio'che è inadeguata allo standard della struttura è la cucina,per la sua assoluta insufficienza qualitativa.Andrebbe rivisto il menù ma soprattutto la preparazione dei cibi.In compenso i camerieri,Gabriele in primis,sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili

Siamo stati in quest’hotel dal 12 al 14 gennaio e ci siamo Ritornati dopo Solo una settimana. Posizione strategica per gli impianti sciistici di monte pratello. Hotel familiare e confortevole. Stanze pulite , tutte le mattine passano a rifare i letti e cambiare gli asciugamani Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Per i bambini animazione TOP sia la mattina che il pomeriggio e un oretta la sera. Zona spa aperta dalla mattina alle 20 a pagamento ( il costo varia a seconda dell’ orario in cui si prenota) ben tenuta e sempre pulita. L’unica pecca il servizio Di ristorazione serale, porzioni striminzite e discrete nel Gusto. Per il resto ci siamo Trovati benissimo .

Hotel che rispecchia le tre stelle, ma che potenzialmente potrebbe ambire ad una un più. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dagli impianti di monte pratello. Microclima in camera caldo e non regolabile, arredi datati, pulizie discutibili (residui di vernice degli infissi lasciata sul davanzale per tutta la settimana così come una mosca per terra). Molto gentili in reception e disponibili i camerieri, metre invece quasi dispotico, orari della cena rigidi (sembrava una caserma). Cibo di qualità mediocre, colazione industriale senza prodotti freschi (tutto confezionato e da discount). Buona scelta di vini. Ottima la possibilità di acquisto di prodotti per igiene, ecc in hotel, bello il camino acceso la sera ed ampi gli spazi. Molto scarna l’attività (nemmeno un po’ di musica o altro la sera dopo cena). Buono il servizio di transfer per gli impianti ma solo in alcuni orari. Spa non inclusa nel costo della vacanza e più’ cara nelle ore serali, piscina chiusa in inverno. Nel complesso tante potenzialità ma occorre investire in un po’ di cose e persone.

Hotel datato ma pulito. Sembra di tornare agli anni 80 li sono rimasti gli ambienti. Personale gentile. Animazione per i bimbi. Ampio parcheggio. Cibo da rivedere, colazione accettabile. Bella la palestra. Spa a pagamento extra e su prenotazione.
