The hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.

Hilton's service was really good. The front desk woman had a bad attitude. She lied to him with millions of disgusted expressions. Although Ctrip had a little money back, the poor receptionist called and asked why she complained? Lie and say we are going to change our twin bed for free, we give up ourselves.
