Amenities: Pool with a great view of the valley ( Pool can be heated for a fee ) / Jacuzzi and firepit ( wood) / Fireplace / Pool table / outdoor BBQ Guests have full access to the property except for the garage and 2 hallway closets for owners' storage. Parking on the driveway in front of the garage. 8-10 parking spaces. Pet fee Only dogs under 45 pounds are allowed. Please include pets in your reservation, pet fee will automatically apply. Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level). NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS: If you want a party, this is NOT the home to rent.
