This was a lovely hotel. From the warm welcome I received to the lovely airy bedroom I had a great experience. It was well situated for my needs and a lovely walk from the station via the park.

The Lincoln Private House Hotel experience has been fantastic. We have a private bathroom, and our room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is the highlight, featuring a menu and an unlimited selection of drinks. The staff are amazing!

Everything was excellent. Great welcome by Karl. Useful local tips. Spacious room. Quiet neighbourhood. Great parking. Superb breakfast.
This hotel offers has an uniqueness, which we thoroughly enjoyed including the lounge / library area. Nice broad selection of books available as well.

A very nice, simply but comfortably furnished room, spotlessly clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. The en suite bathroom was also spotless and toiletries were provided, shower etc eco friendly, in large glass bottles. The best part was Carl and the restaurant staff, Carl reserved a parking space for me, carried my luggage to my room and parked the sidewalk for me, no fuss, discreet help. The restaurant staff provided a delicious breakfast quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant. Super hotel, super staff, great location.

A small building with Welsh characteristics. There may be more than a dozen guest rooms. It is not noisy. The breakfast is good. The public living room basically retains the appearance of the original owner's home, which feels good for tourists.

It was so hot, and I was sad that there was no refrigerator.
I booked a king room, but there was no king room.
