Do not use them, they are unprofessional and do not care about the customer, Profit first. They have been hacked and their Web sites duplicated. If they had an ounce of care they would communicate and not "Stone Wall" you. Aaron Wise have my money, what do they care if my identity has been stolen or the fact I have been scammed out of thousands of $$$$, total silence from the director Thomas Jackson.

Great place to stay. Clean & great location. Everything you need for a self catering experience. Unfortunately double bed was two singles pushed together but very well done & comfortable. Easy walking distance from train station, the town centre & castle .

Very unhelpful team with poor security. Very long time to speak with someone over an urgent mater. Took an hour to get a response which was unhelpful. Don't stay here. They also will not provide any refund despite the poor service.

A last minute dash to find a place to stay for 3 adults during Easter, in Cardiff - in city centre. This place appeared on ***********. We got a deal, stayed 3 nights and it was way better than staying at a hotel because it felt like we were perhaps visiting “one of our homes” if we were rich and had loads of properties! Completely self contained- washing machine (not sure if a dryer as well) oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron/ironing board LOVED IT and totally plan to use again a ESPECIALLY because a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central train station AND town!! Honestly/ a great place to stay!

The photos do not correspond to reality: it is a hostel that charged us €1,300 for two nights (on the occasion of a concert), when the room is very small with an Ikea bunk bed, bathroom without soap and breakfast "included" (a boiler with a few sachets). Reported to Booking and asked for a refund.
