We stayed here for 5 nights. The views are fab and the garden a delight. This is a family run hotel and nothing was too much trouble. It was super clean and quiet, although we could hear talking in the next room. Breakfast was superb with every taste catered, hot food, breads and croissant, pancakes, cereals fruit and yoghurts, ham cheese and salad, even gluten free. We could have apple strudel or creme caramel for breakfast and the coffee was good. The room was compact but modern and good use had been made of space saving devices. We had a kettle on a shelf that slid away. The bathroom door was wide but allowed you to squeeze in past the shower and once closed, the room was adequate. We used the heated pool, which was cool and the hot tub which was warm and pleasant. Many cyclists used this hotel as there seemed to be garaging for the bikes. Best of all there is a direct access from the back of the hotel into the old town, right into the heart of the action and it's only a few minutes walk to the harbour for the water taxi if you want to explore. Ideal. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place but the staff treats its clients in strange way. We booked an apartment with 2 rooms. Without telling us nothing they had changed our Apartment to a smaller one, with one room only. It seems there is no honesty in their business. My partner went to reception to claim about this and only then they admitted to have changed our apartment to another. Of course it didn't satisfied us for what we payed (and I tell you we don't usually book any luxury places. We had had a long day so did stay because *********** has so complicated system in case like this to change the place of staying and we should have repaid in advance to get a new place somewhere. They promised us to have free parking and breakfast anyway nothing can change the fact they did this fact they don't respect their clients enought. We have been doing turism ourselves and always tried to serve the clients so that they remainef satisfied. This was not an error but a planned thong. Sad to see how the business works nowadays .. The place has a swimming pool but it was available only 9-18, could be a bit earlier and also later available, for also those turists who arrive a bit later like us, 17:45.... The shower didn't have any holder and it seemed like the renovation of the rooms wasn't even finished to the end yet Beautiful place but we won't return anymore

We stayed here for one night in the family suite. The room was elegant and tasteful, the location is very good for walking into town and exploring the beautiful places to eat and see the lake. Great little pool too cool off.

A fairly standard style of hotel with modern but basic rooms and small bathrooms, but very clean and in such a great location. The steps out of the 'back door' took you straight into the old town and its many bars and restaurants. Pool area was lovely and the road noise didn't disturb. Great value for money in comparison to many other options I looked at in Riva. The first greeting at reception was relatively blunt but all other interactions were good. My Italian is not great, so perhaps it was just a language challenge! A good stop for two nights, but probably wouldn't want to do more.

Liked · I booked the hotel just for one night and I think that is sufficient. I chose this hotel because of parking availability (although I had to reserve it prior to my visit and pay for it on top of my room rate) and because of location - there is weird secret "indiana jones" :) entrance directly to the city center. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, breakfast offered also gluten free options and staff was very knowledgeable about it. Disliked · Receptionist was kind when we wanted to check in, just she "threw" so much information on us that it was rather exhausting than informative. Room although clean, was having thin walls and AC working weirdly - I think it wasn´t making the air colder at the end, despite bein loud and unable to turn off. As we were only one night, I let that be.

Very friendly and clean hotel. Room overlooking the pool, really impressive. What struck me most was the rich breakfast: from sweet to savory with some gluten free products. Very nice receptionists. I advise! 😊

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich gestaltet, alles sehr hell. Es hat eine schöne Poolanlage, diese haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt. Wir hatten einen Ausblick darauf und Ausblick auf den See. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, jedoch etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker. Es war abwechslungsreich. Schön fanden wir, dass das Hotel sehr zentral ist. Es gibt einen Ausgang direkt zur Altstadt. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz für unser Auto (Kosten pro Tag 15,- €) dazu gebucht. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir unser Auto während des gesamten Aufenthalts stehen lassen. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Schiffsanlegeplatz entfernt. Somit kann man täglich Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Riva del Garda kommen.
