Great location. Walking distance to downtown Riva de Garda. Great customer service. My wife got a deep tissue massage, and she loved it (my wife is also a massage therapist). The indoor pool was fantastic. Covered parking and good breakfast each day. You order your eggs and coffee from the waiter, and the rest is Buffet style.

A wonderful experience. We arrived during a downpour and due to access problems for a large vehicle, the coach dropped us at the end of the drive. We were greeted by a porter armed with umbrellas for everyone. We had a room on the top floor (405) with a lovely view over a vineyard. We were half board and our biggest worry around food is that my wife has coeliac disease and must observe a strict gluten free diet. We needn't have worried on that as this hotel is a member of the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) and nearly every meal on the menu is available in a gluten free option and is served on identifiable plates. Everyone sits at the same table during their stay for breakfast and evening meal and there is a note on the table saying 'gluten free'. Such a relief for my wife. The staff are all fantastic including the cleaning, reception, dining and bar staff. It was our anniversary while we were there and at breakfast on the day, we received a kind note from the hotel and a glass of fizz at breakfast - a nice touch. The hotel is well located being just over a five minute stroll to the harbour area. We'd definitely stay here again.

Incredible hotel! The quality of the food was absolutely amazing! We had the most delicious 4 course meals every evening and any changes to the set menu the staff were extremely accommodating. The staff were really thoughtful and showed they cared about our experience in numerous ways, we have never experienced such care before at a hotel so it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful spa and outdoor pools too. Location was also great as just a short walk from the lake and centre of Riva.

Our third visit to Riva Del Garda. But our first stay at this hotel. We initially chose this hotel for its convenient location near lake/town centre/cycle paths. On arrival we found we’d made a brilliant choice on arrival we were greeted by the friendly reception staff. Following a Aperol Spritzer, we were shown to our well appointed room with a splendid view across vine yards towards the mountains. There is an unexpectedly large outdoor pool ( -adults only hotel). The spa facilities would be a credit to any luxury hotel. The indoors pool being a good size. We were on half board arrangement, really must complement the kitchen staff, food was imaginative, well cooked and presented. Front of house contributed to a relaxed evening meal. We are planning to return to this hotel for a longer stay.

Wonderful hotel - exceptionally clean, great rooms, Wonderful food, great staff - very quiet with a fab pool and a very well stocked bar! Breakfast is buffet style with everything you would need but you have to order eggs (scrambled, fried, with bacon etc). Our room was 115 - at the front over reception - very roomy with plenty of storage. Shower is very good! We had little courtyard with a table and 2 chairs plus 2 little loungers. Dinner was fantastic - a four course affair - if you get to have the lemon and shrimp pasta you're in for a treat! All waiter service but you don't wait long for the food. All the waiters and Ignatio, the Maitre D are great - always stop for a chat. There is a 10/15 minute walk into Riva but it's lovely strolling in the warm weather so no problem at all for us. We only had a week here but we will definitely return - Riva is a great town, great squares with many watering holes and restaurants everywhere. We had a fantastic holiday and would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing week - you won't be disappointed.

We recently spent a magical holiday in what we feel is a paradise named Villa Nicolli, Riva del Garda. A family run, luxurious, romantic villa where the ambience is alwaus inviting and comfortable. Set by the owners and delivered by highly skilled staff, the product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations. Everyone is so friendly and their professionalism and customer service is second to none. My husband needed hospital care, and the owner and staff ensured we felt safe and supported. We were deeply grateful for this. Whether you spend your holiday relaxing at the Villa or explore the local scenery, culture, history and activities like water sports or the Dolomites, you'll find it impressive. We would love to go back again very soon!

Wonderful cosy hotel with great views, service and food. The pool area is great and there is a garden with lovely shady trees. Extremely clean. We had breakfast which was all organic produce and the service was exemplary. Evening meal was also very really high quality. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk to town. The lake walks are lovely. We walked to Torbole which was a pleasant 45 minute stroll and took a bus to various nearby places. The local public transport is brilliant. We had a double room with an incredible view across vineyards and hills and had some storms that were great to watch from the balcony There is loads to do on the lake and nearby towns although we mainly chilled and walked locally. Ferry's run frequently to lots of very nice places. Really can't recommend the hotel or Riva and Garda enough. As others have commented the wine is pricey.

Great location for exploring Lake Garda. Excellent facilities. Front of house staff extremely welcoming, friendly and courteous. The hotel has a very peaceful and restful ambience. We would have enjoyed more evening entertainment although we understand this may not be required for many guests due to close proximity to town. We enjoyed listening to the pianist. Maybe some additional evening music? We will recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be sure to make a return visit. Thank you for a lovely restful holiday x
