Stayed here for a week in July with my two kids (6) and (3). Lovely family hotel with helpful staff. Decent sized rooms with balconies overlooking the mountains. Rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. The facilities for children are brilliant and include a pool, table tennis as well as a huge area out the back of the hotel with large inflatables and trampolines. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of choices for everyone and good coffee. We had use of a car and the hotel is only a few mins drive into Riva del Garda where there are loads of lovely restaurants and stunning views of the lake. We also used the hotel bikes to explore the local area. We had a brilliant time here and it was never too busy or crowded. I will definitely choose this hotel again, thanks!

Excellent family hotel with staff who are extremely helpful and happy in their work. The rooms are well fitted out with balconies overlooking the stunning mountains. Good AC and WiFi plus lots of parking. Facilities for children are great and include a pool, table tennis as well as a huge area out the back of the hotel with large inflatables and trampolines. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choices and good coffee. There are plenty of shops locally and It's a short drive into Riva del Garda where there are gorgeous restaurants and views of the lake. Special mention for the lovely barman who couldn't do enough for us and even found a channel showing the Wimbledon tennis final for my Mum! We also used the hotel bikes to explore the area which were well maintained. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed as part of a coach tour with Leger and as it was a last minute change of hotel I didn't expect much. HOWEVER - It was a fabulous hotel , great room with extensive in room refreshments including a coffee machine. Mood lighting in the shower- great fun! The food was incredible proper restaurant food and very Italian the breakfast was extensive with lots for those with dietary needs. The staff were very very good. We arrived late and were served a delicious meal while our bags were whisked up to our rooms by staff who had stayed late to accommodate us. Throughout the stay staff were great the breakfast lady deserves special mention, nothing was too much trouble and she smiles and greeted everyone. I'd love to go again. It is a way from the lake but we had no free time to walk there so didn't affect us. If they got some mugs and milk jugs for the Brits who like a decent cuppa it would be lovely. An English speaking TV channel would also be nice.

I booked the spa to use the hot tub, as I don't use the sauna or Turkish bath. When we got there, the tub was having problems; it just wouldn't work. I immediately reported the problem several times to reception, and the lady came to check it out in person. She told us to wait a moment and she'd find a solution, but she never showed up again. Once everything was finished, I would have expected a discount or something for the inconvenience, but once it was over, the lady wasn't even there; just someone else who was unaware of everything. Overall, the spa was beautiful; it's a shame what happened!

I booked on the hotel website, but it didn't specify a check-in time. Only after I called did I receive a confirmation that it was 5:00 PM, which I found unacceptable. I requested immediate cancellation both by phone and email, but was told it wasn't possible. I canceled the reservation on their website, but they still charged my credit card for the entire stay. My reservation lasted an hour, and I haven't received a response since.
