Excellent family hotel with staff who are extremely helpful and happy in their work. The rooms are well fitted out with balconies overlooking the stunning mountains. Good AC and WiFi plus lots of parking. Facilities for children are great and include a pool, table tennis as well as a huge area out the back of the hotel with large inflatables and trampolines. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choices and good coffee. There are plenty of shops locally and It's a short drive into Riva del Garda where there are gorgeous restaurants and views of the lake. Special mention for the lovely barman who couldn't do enough for us and even found a channel showing the Wimbledon tennis final for my Mum! We also used the hotel bikes to explore the area which were well maintained. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed as part of a coach tour with Leger and as it was a last minute change of hotel I didn't expect much. HOWEVER - It was a fabulous hotel , great room with extensive in room refreshments including a coffee machine. Mood lighting in the shower- great fun! The food was incredible proper restaurant food and very Italian the breakfast was extensive with lots for those with dietary needs. The staff were very very good. We arrived late and were served a delicious meal while our bags were whisked up to our rooms by staff who had stayed late to accommodate us. Throughout the stay staff were great the breakfast lady deserves special mention, nothing was too much trouble and she smiles and greeted everyone. I'd love to go again. It is a way from the lake but we had no free time to walk there so didn't affect us. If they got some mugs and milk jugs for the Brits who like a decent cuppa it would be lovely. An English speaking TV channel would also be nice.

Ho prenotato la spa per utilizare l’idromassaggio essendo che sauna e bagno turco non lo faccio. Arrivati lì, la vasca dava dei problemi, non andava proprio. Ho segnalato subito il problema varie volte alla reception ed è venuta la signora a accertarsene personalmente, ci dice di aspettare un attimo e che avrebbe trovato una soluzione, ma non si è più fatta vedere. Finito il tutto mi sarei aspettata uno sconto o qualcosa per il disagio, ma una volta terminato il tutto non c’era neanche più la signora, ma un altra persona ignara di tutto. Nel complesso la spa bellissima peccato l’accaduto!

Hotel dotato di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile, soprattutto attenti alle esigenze delle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Consiglio il ristorante interno e ottimo anche il servizio SPA. Consigliatissimo

Ho prenotato sul sito dell'hotel dove non era specificato l'orario del check-in che, solo a seguito di mia telefonata, mi veniva comunicato per le ore 17,00 cosa per me inaccettabile. Ho chiesto l'immediata cancellazione della prenotazione sia telefonicamente che a mezzo mail ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile. Ho cancellato io la prenotazione dal loro sito ma nonostante tutto mi hanno addebitato tutto il soggiorno sulla carta di credito. La mia prenotazione è durata lo spazio di 1 ora e non ho più ottenuto risposte.

La struttura è veramente adibita per le famiglie con bambini, parco giochi con gonfiabili e scivoli con altalene, il personale è favoloso, sempre disponibili e gentili. Servizio attento ai dettagli e molto curato. Menú buonissimo e colazione davvero invidiabile... Consiglio vivamente

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per pranzo come lavoratori. Il menù operaio e ampio e le portate sono buone, la quantità è nella media ma il prezzo un po' più alto del solito. 16€ per un primo e secondo senza dolce ne caffè. Il pane è compreso nel prezzo.

Ho prenotato sul sito ufficiale ove mi è stata richiesta la carta di credito a garanzia ben specificando che nessun addebito sarebbe stato effettuato. All'atto del pagamento ho richiesto la fattura e mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare poichè l'addebito sulla carta di credito era già stato effettuato. Nulla da fare per correggere l'errore. Servizio al cliente pessimo.
