Amazing location overlooking Tortosa. The approach road was narrow and steep and signposting wasn’t great. However they have a large car park right outside the hotel. The reception staff were lovely and spoke many languages, English included, so check in was easy and problem free. We had a really nice room, with balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the en-suite was spotless although I am not a lover of showers over the bath. The view from our room was amazing. We felt the restaurant was rather over priced and the food wasn’t to our taste, so we opted to eat in the bar area. The barman was lovely, couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant for the two nights we were there. Breakfast was included in our room rate and although there was a large selection of items, the room was stifling hot, that together with the surliness of some of the waiting staff meant we didn’t enjoy breakfast at all. We did have a nice stay but I’m not sure we would go again, the price was very high probably because of the location.

An ideal place for a ”seal” holiday for the whole family. The beach and the sea - you can't imagine any closer. Clean, comfortable, tasty, modern. In a word - perfecto! The animation is decent, both kids and adults will like it. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is without arrogance, very welcoming. The prices in the wine list at dinner are completely loyal, there is no need to save on the nearest supermarkets. All I needed was a gym.

We stayed here because we were going to visit the area, and we liked it being in the middle of nature and having air-conditioned pool, as for the outside it starts to refresh. But for our surprise it is that this indoor pool is not included in the price (it is 8€ per person per day extra, child@s too), although neither on your website nor in Booking specifies it in any site (only in a paper hanged at the door of the hotel). Access to what they call spa, which is just this pool with 3 screws and a cascade, because the jakuzzi doesn't work). However, we paid to enjoy this supposed relaxing space ... Until children and older people crashed, making a grudge, so it was a little frustrating. The complex, although the place seems to be quiet and silent in the day, the truth is that in the night it has been a disaster: dogs laying, screws, shots, swamping, noisy neighbors, dragging furniture, The hotel is very good, but it is very good to get a good time to get a good time. Chapter separate also deserves attention in details: there were hair in the bathroom, something dry in the bathroom garden, a sleeve, the gel/shampoo bottles were visiblely filled/reused, the food salad had leaves powdered ... The gardens around, which were golf course in your day, would deserve more care, and it is clear that the facilities have seen better times in general. The staff is quite friendly, but they are visiblely overwhelmed by the work. Less for me, that as Celiaca had only pans available to me, nothing more, unlike the rest of the customers, who had croissants, donuts, diverse retail, cereals and various breads – and we all paid €12, of course ... Summary: a bad experience.

It’s a wonderful place for a family holiday. Friendly staff, top-notch service. The food is very varied for all tastes. The beach is very close, 4 minutes from the hotel. All the necessary grocery stores and supermarkets are within walking distance.

A little bit of luck was sprinkled onto our major road trip to Spain, because finding this gem online made an amazing two days for our family! We were actually scheduled for one night but were so tickled pink that we extended another night. We came at the right time because the price was on point and it wasn't too busy. This could easily be a five star place if there was attention to detail. By that, I can think of a few main points during our stay that just need to be addressed...1) instead of the hassle and delay at checkout, it would have been more customer friendly to have us pay the tourist tax fee for the extra day when we extended our stay and paid for it at check-in. (2.) The pool area is beautiful and obviously takes a lot of time and expense, but it was very obvious that the tile work of the pool needs to be fixed and repaired in many areas. (3) as a tourist, the trash system was very unclear. There were possibilities to separate the glass from the regular trash in some areas on the grounds, but otherwise it looked like everything was just regular trash.....with there being so much plastic trash there should be the yellow container to dispose of plastic trash. With this points, I do want to express that this was a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it to others. I enjoyed the morning workout/dance class that was offered, the playground and children's activities are amazing, pool area was very enjoyable and we appreciate that there was a lifeguard, the view from our room, amenities, easy parking, restaurant on site was appealing (but we cooked in our apartment instead). Lovely hotel/apartments. Very clean in all the main buildings. Lovely outside area, pool could do with clean. Mind you, it is March, so only the very brave or silly would go in it. The surround of the pool has a few sunbeds, but plenty of other seating. Beware, there are no kettles in the room, and none are held at reception. The coffee machine takes the little coffee canisters. Takes ages to try and make a cup of tea. We ended up using a pan to boil water for brews. A kettle in the room would be a good idea. Especially in the apartments. The bar is lovely, all staff are very friendly and will help where they can. We haven't tried the food yet, so I can not comment on that. Parking is underground with limited spaces. This is via side road on the right past the hotel. There is a petrol station across the road, a big supermarket and a LIDL nearby. They close 2100. We didn't see any open restaurants nearby apart the one in hotel. Loads of little extras in the room, toothbrush and paste, cotton wool pads and buds, razor (use at you own peril), shoe horn, shoe shine sponge and a little pack of cotton, needles and buttons.

Es una pena que un hotel tan bonito esté tan descuidado . Le falta una reforma integral,principalmente cambiar la moqueta de los pasillos y la apertura de las puertas de las habitaciones , se abren con llave y eso está muy anticuado. Las habitaciones están limpias pero los pasillos NO.( la moqueta da asco y el zócalo está lleno de polvo de todo el verano ) El bufet me pareció un poco Justo para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo positivo es que está muy cerca de la playa y el entorno es precioso . La camarera jefa de sala es muy agradable. El aire acondicionado funciona bien aunque sería bueno que llevase un termostato, está anticuado .
