Nothing to say. We spent the Immaculate Conception holiday in this hotel, very well. Large, clean room with spectacular views. Excellent quality of food. Friendly and helpful staff and service. Mulled wine evening with homemade biscuits, fire and unforgettable snow. Animals accepted without problems.

In the Renon valley there are many hotels worthy of a stay, the Liechtenstein is advertised as one of the best. In fact the location is very beautiful, you can enjoy a beautiful view, the hotel was renovated a few years ago and the cuisine is good. It's a shame for the service which is not quite up to par. Given that for two nights, two of us, between stay and extras we paid around 600 euros (a bottle of natural water 0.75 - 5 €) when we arrived we requested, the same evening, two different pillows from those present in the room immediately, to silence the request, we were given two pillows that are usually used on sofas. After that, even though in the following two days we repeatedly requested at least one pillow we were never given it, every time they saw us the owners smiled and said Ah yes the pillows! but they never provided them to us. From a three-star plus hotel with the prices of a three-star plus I would expect better service and more attentive and polite attention to customer needs.

Siamo stati in questo hotel 3 giorni per Natale, ottimo ricevimento all’arrivo, molto bella la stanza, qualità del sonno ottima, pulizia ottima. Colazione fantastica salato e dolce ben ordinati con prodotti di qualità. Cena con servizio gentile e veloce con 5 portate ottime sia per qualità che per presentazione. Cena di Natale con aperitivo e snack offerto dai proprietari. Sala sauna molto bella con doccia sauna lettini super comodi con asciugamani e plaid ecc. vista montagne spettacolo, tisane a volontà con snack di frutta disidratata. Conto nella norma per i servizi offerti. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Molto apprezzata la presentazione dei collaboratori di cucina. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo appena trascorso 2 giorni in questa struttura nel tour dei mercatini di natale della zona. Posizione panoramica con spettacolare vista sulle Dolomiti. Unser Lieblingshotel mit Traumblick. Sehr zuvorkommender Familienbetrieb mit guter Küche und sehr nettem Personal. Die neuen Zimmer sind sehr zu empfehlen mit und ohne Schlernblick. Die Saunalandschaft ist übersichtlich, der Außenpool ausreichend. Es gibt sehr viele Stammgäste und wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Hotel moderno che conserva il fascino montano , pulizia accurata e ristorante eccellente , piscina e area relax ben fruibili , una pecca a mio parere e’ l’assenza di “tende a vela esterne ” che proteggano dal sole le camere più esposte ., in assenza di aria condizionata. Posizione meravigliosa e facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino del renon . Lo consiglio e spero di ritornarci
