Wir waren auf einen Tagesausflug unterwegs und kehrten zu einer Pause ein. Bestellt wurde Apfelstrudel, Würstchen mit Kartoffelsalat. Der Apfelstrudel war in Ordnung, nur die Vanillesoße war nicht als solche zu definieren, es war eher eine Puddingart mit etwas Vanillegeschmack, on top gab es sprühsahne. Das Apfelschorle schmeckte nach einfachsten Saft mit Leitungswasser. Die Würste waren eklig im Geschmack, und der Kartoffelsalat auch nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Aber der Gipfel des Ganzen war der Preis. Zwei Radler, zwei Würste mit Kartoffelsalat und Pommes gab es für 26€, zwei Apfelstrudel mit Cappuccino, Apfelschorle und ein Bier gab es für 23€. Einfach nur Abzocke und nicht zu Empfehlen. Der Service war freundlich.

Meines Erachtens kein gutes Hotel, eine Empfehlung wäre nicht seriös. Zimmer augenscheinlich schon lange nicht mehr grundgereinigt, gelüftet, neu war das Bett, Kasten, Bad, Boden, diese auch sauber, der Rest eher schmuddelig. Das Bettlaken wirkte schon 1000mal gewaschen und hatte ein Loch. Sehr hellhörig, ich hörte den Nachbarn schnarchen. Essen war nicht gut, schlechtem Kantinenessen zuzuordnen, die Nahrungsmittel anscheinend teilweise schon vor Corona eingekauft…zB Maggiflasche 2019 abgelaufen. Der Koch war auch sehr erfinderisch, so gabs zB zum Frühstück Butterkekse mit Zucker bestreut..das Frühstückbuffet war insgesamt auch nicht ansprechend und von gut weit entfernt. Das Gebäude an sich sehr schön, aber alt mit sichtbaren Spinnweben an der Eingangsdecke. Ich übernachte hier sicher nie mehr.

Ho trovato un preservativo nella doccia dopo che mi era stato detto che la camera era pronta,avviso il personale che tempestivamente lo toglie dicendomi se andava bene così senza rifare almeno la doccia! Chiedo spiegazioni alla reception e mi viene detto che ero arrivato in anticipo, sconcertato gli ricordo che mi era stato detto che la camera era già pronta.non solo asciugamani nel bidet e niente bagno schiuma come accappatoi a pagamento per la spa. Premetto 210 euro a notte . Assurdo la vergogna dell Alto Adige prima volta che mi succede una cosa cosi

Zimmer sauber, ausreichend groß mit großem TV (u.a.mehrere deutsche aber kaum österreichische Sender). Neu verfliestes Bad mit Bidet, Dusche. Balkon (schmal aber lang) in den Innenhof sehend. Feste Matratzen. Innenpool und Whirlpool vorhanden. Parkplätze am Hotelgrund (kostenfrei). Im Arrangement von der Fa. Hofer (Aldi) neben HP (Frühstücksangebot ausreichend aber nicht opulent, Nach**ahl 3-gängig mit Auswahl aus 2 Optionen) auch noch der Skipaß für das Skigebiet Rittner Horn. Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal im Restaurantbereich. Speisen durchaus genießbar. Um den Angebotspreis wirklich TOLL!

Das Hotel liegt in sehr guter Lage für Wanderungen, sehr ruhig gelegen (nur die Kirchenglocken sind zu hören), großer Parkplatz, sehr günstige öffentliche Busverbindung nach Bozen. Die einzelnen Gebäude sind in unterschiedlichen Höhenniveaus verbunden, das Haus ist jedoch sehr nett eingerichtet, unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber die Auswahl war leider nicht sehr groß.

Sosta al ristorante dell’hotel con piacevoli piatti tradizionali( insalata di würstel e tris di canederli) oltre al tradizionale strudel di mele. Tutto cucinato correttamente nei soliti standard locali. Bella la location e incantevoli i dintorni e i panorami della zona.

Ammetto che un gruppo numeroso può far scadere la qualità ma credo si potesse trovare di meglio. Menù spacciato x altoatesino ma qui c'erano solo tre fette di speck, un canederlo appiccicoso, un gulasch insipido e, insulto alla pasticceria alto atesina, con uno strudel, tipo colla, con ripieno di ...pappa di mele cotte. Personale gentile ma questo non basta...........

Sono diversi anni che veniamo con un gruppo di amici. È sempre stato scarso in termini di pulizia e cibo ma quest’anno è diventato indecente. Il cibo è terribile, pietanze riciclate per giorni, immangiabile. Non siamo esigenti ma assicuro tutti che basterebbe poco per mangiare con pochi soldi dei piatti semplici ma decenti. Darei ZERO se ci fosse. Anno dopo anno è sempre peggiorato arrivando ora al minimo storico. Una nota positiva sono Boris e Daniela, che inspiegabilmente sono sempre simpatici e gentili nonostante siano lí praticamente 24 ore. Le pulizie sono sommarie, i cuscini terribili e potrebbero cambiarli con 10 euro. La nostra stanza aveva un letto senza rete con un materasso poggiato su un’asse di legno. Non c’è nulla di decente sotto nessun aspetto. L’unica cosa incantevole è la struttura, in mano davvero a degli incompetenti

Da decenni andiamo in Alto Adige ma una cucina così scadente non l'abbiamo mai trovata. Qualità da mensa scolastica. Basti pensare che per la cena di natale ci hanno servito della pasta al tonno (si proprio quello della scatoletta). Totale disattenzione per la clientela italiana da parte dei titolari: durante la celebrazione natalizia (esclusivamente in tedesco) nessun augurio in italiano per la clientela italiana. Cortese solo il personale dipendente. Camere ok, anche se non c'è stato ricambio dei bagnoschiuma dopo l'utilizzo. Deludente
