We were on a day trip and stopped in for a break. Apple strudel and sausages with potato salad were ordered. The apple strudel was okay, only the vanilla sauce was not to be defined as such, it was more of a pudding type with a little vanilla flavor, on top there was whipped cream. The apple spritzer tasted like the simplest juice with tap water. The sausages tasted disgusting, and the potato salad wasn't really to be recommended either. But the pinnacle of it all was the price. Two shandies, two sausages with potato salad and fries were available for €26, two apple strudels with cappuccino, apple spritzer and a beer were available for €23. Just a rip off and not recommended. The service was friendly.

In my opinion not a good hotel, a recommendation would not be serious. Apparently the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, aired, the bed, closet, bathroom, floor were new, they were also clean, the rest was rather dingy. The sheets looked like they had been washed 1000 times and had a hole in them. Very noisy, I heard the neighbors snoring. Food was not good, bad canteen food, some of the food apparently bought before Corona...e.g. Maggi bottle expired in 2019. The chef was also very inventive, for example, there were butter biscuits sprinkled with sugar for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was overall not appealing and far from good. The building itself is very nice but old with visible cobwebs on the entrance ceiling. I will definitely never stay here again.

Rooms are clean, big enough with a large TV (including several German channels but hardly any Austrian ones). Newly tiled bathroom with bidet and shower. Balcony (narrow but long) overlooking the inner courtyard. Firm mattresses. Indoor pool and whirlpool available. Parking on the hotel grounds (free of charge). The package from Hofer (Aldi) includes half board (breakfast selection sufficient but not opulent, 3-course evening meal with a choice of 2 options) and a ski pass for the Rittner Horn ski area. Very helpful and friendly staff in the restaurant area. The food is definitely enjoyable. Really GREAT for the price!

Io non capisco come possono parlare male do questo hotel noi eravamo un gruppo di una cinquantina di persone un pullman,di Paliano,Roiate,Colleferro e Roma. Dal 6 dicembre 2024 al 9 dicembre 2024 Ci siamo trovati benissimo avevamo il residence a disposizione perché l' hotel era pieno c'erano altri 2 pullman. Avevamo la mezza pensione colazione e cena il giorno andavamo per i mercatini,pulizia impeccabile dama giare buono prodotti ottimi e freschi. Tutto il personale di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica sempre molto attenti e presenti. Ci sono sta 2 piccoli inconvenienti ma immediatamente li sono stati risolti. Veramente eccezionali tutti, ma soprattutto il posto è bello specialmente con la neve era un incanto. Lo consiglio a tutti. Chi dice il contrario ci sono anche hotel superiori pagate il triplo, sperando che almeno li non ne parlerete male.

Ammetto che un gruppo numeroso può far scadere la qualità ma credo si potesse trovare di meglio. Menù spacciato x altoatesino ma qui c'erano solo tre fette di speck, un canederlo appiccicoso, un gulasch insipido e, insulto alla pasticceria alto atesina, con uno strudel, tipo colla, con ripieno di ...pappa di mele cotte.
