Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms.
Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant.
Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons).
Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

Worst service, worst experience. Worst staff. They have created such a ruckus and waiting for people to just leave to get the next person to occupy the property. No customer service. Charge big amounts. Ruby experience take over is the worst. Seepage problem. Room service does not come on time.

Perfect location with a pleasant view and very cooperative staff. They have a great chef who cooks really well! They offer satvik food. The property has two halls one of them is a Yoga Hall which can be used for workshop/retreats Over-all a good stay!

A hotel with great staff and a simple menu that is cooked very well. I enjoyed my stay there and was able to relax, which was what I sorely needed! Great mattress!

A very nice property not far from when you entered Rishikesh, near to Triveni Ghat. In a narrow lane from main road but any type of car can go easily. They gave the parking. - USP view from rooftop is amazing - Food is amazing - Limited but hardworking staff always smile on face. - Ghat is just a minute away, the quiet and the cleanest ghar with Ganga Aarti in evening. - budget property good amenities - Better than Tapovan area where we observed traffic congestion is much intense. Overall a balanced and a very good stay there we enjoyed a lot and would go and stay in the same property.

Superb Location near step Ganga River and Atmosphere superb and Room nice and clean and very cooperative all Staff Members and Also food very nice.and an evening just walk to near Ganga Ghat and very peaceful and close to meditation God of Shiva.
