It was a mixed kind of experience, hotel location was good, restaurant at the top was also good, food was delicious in taste, staff behaviour was nice. But rooms were average, service was not so good (for providing an empty glass of water they took 15 mins. I booked a room with bath tub and they charged extra money (rs 2500)for decoration but they did only towel decoration and said its thrusday and market remains closed here thats y so we cant arrange rose pettlels for decoration, after even informing in morning around 10 am that i will check in around 11:30 but they did not make room ready early so i have to wait around 15-20 mins on reception, swimming pool was smelling, so we did not go there. So my stay was average, will excpect some improvement in future from them.

Terrible experience we faced. Unkept rooms, smelly n dirty bathrooms, no food service, even ordering tea was an hour long wait. Not staffed well enough either. It’s more of a lodging than a hotel, since mine was a last minute booking I couldn’t do my homework n just went by photos they put up.

Room conditions was not good. My experience in staying at this hotel is very bad. Waste of money. Basic facilities like brush tooth paste and sleeper are not provide.

A hotel beyond disaster!!! Not worth even a 1000 bucks a ngt. Outright filth, this hotel is. No amenities whatsoever, stinky bathrooms, unclean passages, poor paint job, dimly lit. Horrible food, not much to offer to start with. Biggest mistake I’ve made ever in booking a property gonig by its photos n ‘fake’ reviews!

I stayed at hotel ski for 2 days. It is an ok hotel for the price you pay( i got a deal for 1900 plus tax per night. It isn’t too fancy but a basic hotel. The rooms are at best a little above average. I have to say that it is situated at a very good place at tapovan. Provides decent parking space as well. Good if you are looking for short or layover stays.

In photos room was looking quite decent but after staying in room we find bugs in bed.. sheets were not at all clean, bathroom was horrible, Dirty not at all clean, lizard in it. Then in room t.v not working, tata sky plan expired. We complained but no one came. Room was full of mosquitoes 🦟 we will suggest to bring allout on their own. After all this when we came back from rafting hotel was stinking so bad, they took all garbage of hotel from the lobby so hotel was stinking. Then we ordered towels. All the towels were wet and were smelling as they didn’t wash it. Cigg buds in bathroom. Room fan became brown from white because of dust . What else can i say..if you want to stay, stay at your own risk.
