Although we did get the room upgraded, but the level of service as was not as described. The internet didn’t work. The pool wasn’t clean. The rooms were okay but not worth the price.

Room were stinky and not hygienic. Room size is too small and none of the room is having balcony/window. Whatever is written in description the hotel is not providing even 20% of it. And don’t believe the pictures , all are fake. Highly not recommended. please donot opt for this hotel even by mistake.

Rooms are too small, not worth it vs tariff, parking is also too far, complimentary hi-tea not provided on the second day of booking, breakfast was up to mark, low variety available, staff is average, washroom very nasty, all over -slight costly

Firstly i was provided a room with the bad condition furniture, there was a leakage in the washbasin, the room was also stinking. The image shown in the photos were not upto the mark with the original. I got it changed in the end after multiple followups with the hotel staff . But the first impression was not good anyway at the hotel. Breakfast was also average, hence overall recommendation will be average for this hotel.

Stayed at the ski hotel for 7 days and every day was very comfortable. The food at their restaurant, services, their cafe which runs 24/7, room services were all great and they also have smart tv in the rooms which is a big plus. Had a great experience here.
