"The resort's natural surroundings are truly breathtaking and the property is impeccably maintained. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, especially thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Amit Kestwal, Mr. Kuldeep Negi, and Mr. Sumit Rawat and Mr Rajesh Jakhmola (house keeping desk) from Citrus Cafe - they were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and seemed to genuinely love their job! We had an absolute blast and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Looking forward to coming back soon! 😊"

The environment is really nature friendly and resort is well maintained , overall hospitality was good specially thanks to Mr. Amit Kestwal + Mr. Kuldeep Negi & Mr.Sumit rawat from Citrus cafe was very friendly ,helpful, and appeared to enjoy their job, we enjoyed a lot and for sure will recommend for our family & friends

I highly recommend Lemon Tree Premier, Rishikesh for anyone visiting this beautiful place. My experience here was truly wonderful. I want to give special thanks to Ms. Varsha from the front office and Mr. Rustamjit Singh, the General Manager. Both of them went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their care and service were not just professional, but truly from the heart — something you rarely experience these days. I was unwell during my stay, and the entire team, especially these two amazing people, made sure I was looked after with genuine warmth and concern. The food, the peaceful vibes, and the overall hospitality made every single day special. Highly, highly recommended — not just for the property, but for the people who make it feel like home. 💛

I recently contacted your hotel to reach out to the HR department. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered my call was quite direct and abrupt. Despite my attempt to engage, he responded curtly, stating that H.R was unavailable and would be back at 10am. the way he said wasn't professional. before abruptly ending the call. i believe a more professional approach, including proper greetings and a polite tone, would enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful. (FYI. I just saw pictures property is good i didn't stay yet)
