We had a great experience here, location was perfect 👌🏻and Aanad was very helpful and jolly person here, he guided us 👍🏻also food here was excellent🌮🥪🍔🍝, overall it was a great experience, would definitely recommend this place 😀😇😊 view from the room is ganga river which makes this place perfect

Hotel is not suitable for senior citizens and children as the staircase is narrow and steps are uneven. The whole place is cramped and there is no elevator or emergency exit. The website pictures are deceiving as these give the impression of a well spread out resort with open space, which is not the case. Bathrooms are unhygienic and not properly lit. TV in room was not working. Staff was courteous though. But it's not their fault. The food in Arches cafe was good though seating is uncomfortable.

Awesome experience And good hospitality From rahul and overall staff and food was also really good other adventure activities experience was also very nice location was perfect had a really great fun loving stay . Place had a good vibe and positive experience.

Very nice ambiance of the hotel… super view. Cafe is good. Service is excellent. Anand Pathak bhaiyya was very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here. Weather was so pleasant. Food and coffee is very tasty at the hotel restaurant. I highly recommend this place !

Hotel Ishan riverside Reatret has a amazing vibe . The decor done was amazing for the birthday. The arrangement of the bed and writing done was amazing. There was proper utilisation of space. The bunny made of towel was also amazing. The decor was done by Ramesh Negi Thankr Ramesh ji for such an experience

The location is very central and there are a lot of things to do nearby like rafting, boating etc and so many cafes nearby. Laxman jhula bridge was closed construction was going on for the new one. Arches is very beautiful. All the staff was very kind and helpful, Specially Anand Pathak.

All staff is very cooperative room are clean food is too good Mr. Pathak has managed everything in the professional way else we had Abhyang and marma massage that was the best massage we ever had... highly recommend.......................

Good rooms with good view . The view from terrace is pretty good. Clean and tidy rooms The staff is very friendly and helping. Chai is a must try. The cafe has good food, pizzas are tasty. Try breakfast options especially both the sub and sandwiche options.
