The hotel is situated right on ganga ghat and is away from the general crowd. Ram jhula is just 500 meters. Room service and cleanliness are good as well.

The location is good. But the property was not close to hygiene standards as well as staff profesaionalism compared to yogi niketan. The rating does not justify the price. Also while check out there was no one at reception to take care for 10 to 15 mins. Then they charged us 2000 just for extra bedding for nanny which was uninformed at check in. Max amt expected was 1000. I asked them to be genuine about it but the staff was very rude.

Holistic palce to stay in The Neeraj ganga heritage palace Rishikesh, unbeatable view of ganga view, Royale Heritage look types Room, we choose Premium Ganga view , front facing to ganga ji, easily access to Ganga bath, Services staff is very polite and experienced, Smooth Checkin /Checkout process, most important welcome drink in Resturant before food is very unique and Authentic,New seen housekeeping staff is very good, very neat and clean rooms Worth full.
