nice clean Hotel with good bed and good breakfast. easy excess from the highway and nearby a good restaurant on advice of the hotel. private parking with lots of lighting , so safe place to leave the car. helpfull people on the reception. pleasant stay.

Breakfast is acceptable, not much but ok. the Caffe taste is very bad from this machine. 4 days out of 5 the room was not cleaned at the right time, I mean before 3pm. I dont understood why... The staff is nice and helpful, this was only positive.

Why offering chance to choose for two options for breakfast? Let it be included in the fares ! The hotel is clean and the staff was really nice! Unfortunately there’s nothing in the vicinity except one restaurant

Our Company choose this hotel for our stay and we are very happy of this choice. I am at the hotel nearly 2 weeks/month and I enjoy how the employees behave. Ris Orangis might not be the best place to be but this hotel is ! Only missing a good restaurant inside

Bei unserem Besuch zu den Olympischen Spielen in Paris wohnten wir im Best Western und wurden herzlichst von Evelyn empfangen. Sie war sehr bemüht und engagiert uns bei allem geholfen. Auch das andere Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Preis /Leistungs Verhältnis war hervorragend und das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück für französische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig mit einer großen Auswahl 🤩🤩 2 S-Bahnhöfe in 15 -18 Min. Laufdistanz waren ideal um innerhalb von rund 30 Min Fahrtzeit ins Zentrum zu kommen.

Hôtel très calme et proche de commodité, literie pas mal mais la chambre est petite par rapport à d’autres hôtels et la Clim est éteinte le matin par la réception 🤷♀️ celle de la chambre de ma fille ne fonctionnait même pas, la réceptionniste voulait nous offrir le petit déjeuner pour ce désagrément mais on avait pas le temps geste gentille de sa part.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, nous avons du dormir deux nuits sans climatisation car selon la personne à l’accueil je cite « la Clim ne fonctionne pas car la température de la chambre est la même qu’à l’extérieur » Malgré d’incessantes remarques que ce soit à la première et la deuxième nuit, nous avons du dormir dans une chaleur anormale. Si vous souhaitez faire des économies sur l’électricité en privant des personnes de climatisation, mentionnez alors que vous ne disposez pas de climatisation dans votre description. Les gens pourront opter pour d’autres options car ce ne sont pas les hôtels qui manquent dans la région.
