The hotel is located to close to the centre of Riquewihr (15 minute walk). The hotel has view one the vineyards. Lots of parking available. The room itself was rather basic. The furniture and especially the bathroom needs an upgrade. The room looks dated. The AC works but barely. The breakfast was very good. The check-out was a bit unpleasant as the lady was rather grumpy; all strictly business.

The owner of the hotel is extremely nice and is a goldmine of first rate addresses for wine, cheese and restaurants. Not the best known but locals who make top rate products at competitive prices. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is very clean. Not common for French hotels, but rooms are quiet: you don’t enjoy your neighbours plumbing, the street is calm. Breakfasts are plentiful and products of very good quality. Good value!

Stayed here for two nights on our journey south to Lake Como. Had a lovely room with good a/c, staff were helpful. It was just a short walk, uphill into town. There was a well stocked bar and terracing overlooking the vineyards.

Très Bon hotel bien situe mais surtout avec un personnel très à l’écoute En arrivant à 22h00 on leur a demandé conseil pour trouver un restaurant et ils ont aussitôt téléphoné au restaurant pour nous réserver une table car en Alsace les restaurants ferment tôt.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits et 3 jours dans l'appartement 4/6 personnes fu 1er novembre au 03 novembre et nous en sommes ravis! Le personnel est très aimable et très gentils, l'appartement est vraiment top! Beaucoup d'espace avec une petite terasse extérieure et situé juste à côté de la piscine et la salle de sport! (Qui sont un vrai plus fans cet hôtel). Le petit dejuener est excellent avec beaucoup des produits locaux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport à la petite ville de Riquewihr (à même pas 500m à pied) Ce sera notre hôtel pour notre prochain séjour en Alsace sans hésiter! Encore merci aux personnels (que ce soit la réception ou les dames de chambres) pour leurs gentillesses.

C’est notre second passage dans cet établissement, il est bien situé, entouré de vigne, propre, silencieux, proche des lieux touristiques. Le personnel est agréable. Un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Nous reviendrons.

Sejour impeccable, dans cet hotel qui ne paye pas de mine, avec des chambres un peu dépouillées, mais finalement très commodes, calmes et propres. Avec un bon accueil et un petit déjeuner remarquable en qualité, délicieux, frais, bien garni. Un très bon souvenir.

Un hôtel situé face aux vignes, donc très agréable et non loin du centre. Le lieu est calme, le personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont assez vastes mais un peu vétustes or ça reste propre, un petit coup de frais ( murs, moquettes) serait top. Le petit déjeuner est TB , complet . Un hôtel très agréable plus pour un séjour famille qu à deux. Je le conseille!
