Can’t fault this place. Free parking and 5 minutes walk to the market square. Requested a low floor and gave us a ground floor room. We were overlooking the garden which is lovely (room 10). Room was comfortable, modern with large walk in shower and a choice of conventional or rainfall shower. Had £30 each to spend on food which is harder than you may think. (Winter offer). We split it over tea time and supper. Then breakfast in the morning was also included so we certainly ate well. Got to say that every staff member we met was polite, friendly and smiley. They are a credit to the place. After check out we sat outside in the sun and it was lovely, amazing considering it was November 16th. Can’t wait to return next year on a warm sunny day and sip a pint outdoors.
