Near to the main road, too noise all night. I have around 2 hours sleeping at most. Never stay here again, even if it’s free!!!

How can I say this? This hotel is too bad. I don't recommend you to come here.
The reasons are as follows:
1-The geographical environment of the hotel
The hotel is next to the airport expressway, and there are vehicles passing by all night. The noise is very loud. If you are a light sleeper, you will probably count sheep all night.
The internal sealing of the hotel is very poor. There are many gaps in the windows, and there is no sound insulation at all. It is no different from sleeping on the road. I thought it was close to the airport, but it turned out to be too painful. I slept with headphones all night.
2-Hotel service is average
The front desk can hardly speak English. This may be because there are few foreigners in this corner.
The front desk service is not thoughtful. The hotel fee includes breakfast, but they still asked me for money. Oh, it's too difficult for me.
3-Ctrip problem
Ctrip probably has everything now. Just put any kind of hotel up there. It's okay to make money anyway. As for whether it's a scam or not, it doesn't matter. It's too rubbish.
4-Breakfast matters
The breakfast was too simple and too hard to swallow.

The rooms and building are dated. For the price, I expected better furnishings and a free airport shuttle service. Wouldn’t return.

Staff was nice and helpful. Only issue was hearing the door open and close to access the floor and also early morning noise from the road which is busy. I am a light sleeper so that was difficult for me. Would i stay here again? Yes. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Hotel was good, the room is nice but few broken items, like the both bedside table lamps were broken, closet door handle broken.
The room does not have heating so the room was a bit cold.
The room is an apar**ents, so you have a kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove/cooker, clutlery, etc.
It has the bed, tv, chairs, a sofa bed and a balcony.
The restaurant is small but breakfast was good and delicious.
Staff is very very helpful and friendly.
I don’t mind staying in this hotel again.

Great service and staff were really helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early due to having a wedding to get to. Really comfortable stay and clean room. They also organised our transport to the airport. Thank you

In general it was an enjoyable stay. We just had 1 overnight between flights. They have a nice van for transportation to the airport and they were fine with taking us at 3am. The restaurant food was good and service was great. A bit pricey though by Colombian standards. We did find that our room was a little rough around the edges. Had hot water but it was very difficult to get it right using the tap. Towels were very rough and some quite tattered. Beds were pretty good. We faced the back. There was a nice view and terrace onto a field with grazing cows and goats. Walls were dirty all around the suite and bathroom. The front desk staff was really good and though there was a language barrier, we managed to make it work! I would stay again.
