We were in Portofino and decided to get a drink. The menu said that you have to pay 2€ for service. We ordered coffee and when it arrived it was all spilled. We expected the staff to be more professional and better trained. After the complaint we didn’t have to pay the service fee. Besides that, we were also disappointed to find that the toilet was very dirty. We do not recommend visiting this restaurant but we do recommend visiting Portofino since it’s very nice.

Beware of "free Cancellation" period which apparently ends Midnight the day before the end of the cancellation period! Had to cancel entire Italy trip due to illness. Booked the room 3 weeks ago knowing the cancellation window ended "7 days" before first night which misled me because in fact it ends midnight of the 8th day before first night. Thus my request for refund was denied as I was "late" by a few hours. Lost 3 nights accommodation charge. Not very compassionate; I know it is my fault for not comprehending the fine print but getting too old I guess!

We a great stay here. Our host was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in the Pilotina room with the small balcony. Very nice. Loved having that feature. It was 44 stairs to our room, no problem. Keep in mind, a lot of uphill walking and stair climbing in the Cinque Terre. Be prepared. The location is excellent, on the main street in Riomaggiore close to the train station. Everything is nearby, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. Will definately stay here again. Highly recommended all around. Captain Techie approved.

We have stayed here in May during our visit of Cinque Terre. The apartment is very nice, cosy and clean even if it is a bit small (but this is the situation in 5 terre). It has also a small balcony + wifi connection. It is located on the main street, aprox 7 min from the train station. It is right a cross of a supermarket + close to several restaurants. The manager was very nice and helpful. We recommend it.

B&b situato nel centro di Riomaggiore. La camera è perfettamente insonorizzata pulita e molto luminosa e confortevole. Ben curata nei dettagli. Host gentilissimo e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni che ci servivano per il nostro soggiorno! Dispone anche di un deposito bagagli, il che non guasta mai se come noi amate stare fino all’ultimo secondo! Consigliamo fortemente.
