Enchanting location, a terrace overlooking the sea. Courteous and professional staff, tidy and clean rooms. A great breakfast buffet outdoors. Absolutely recommended. We would like to point out the nearby Locanda Tiabuscion restaurant where we ate very well.

I booked here after reading the many positive reviews and I was really very disappointed. The best thing about the hotel is the view but otherwise it's a drama. For 160 euros for 1 night in March the hotel DOES NOT offer minimal services: the room is furnished with old commercial furniture. The bed is very uncomfortable, with terrible mattresses and non-existent pillows. The shutters don't close so from 6am the light enters the room as if it were daytime and you are forced to wake up. The rooms are not soundproof so I could hear all the conversations of the neighbors as well as every time he went to the bathroom, even at night. The breakfast is very basic with terrible defrosted bread. The view is stupendous but the location is not good for visiting the 5 lands because it is isolated from the 5 lands (except Corniglia), far from the station and with a bus that passes every two hours. But what is surprising above all is the welcome and the service: at the reception a very cold boy simply gives you the room and tells you that breakfast starts at 8 and it is not possible to serve it earlier. The reception closes at 10pm. There is no mini bar in the room, impossible to have even just a bottle of water. No kettle and if you want to make a herbal tea it's impossible. In the morning, breakfast is taken in the reception where the lady, sitting at the office desk, watches you while you eat, answers the phone, discusses with the suppliers, and makes the customers pay. Something never seen even in a guesthouse. There is no shortage of hotels, BBs and guest houses on Airbnb in the Cinque Terre: any other option is better than this. I do not recommend.

Small hotel in a beautiful location! Very friendly and helpful owners. Comfortable rooms equipped with the essentials. Good continental breakfast. The place is very quiet and scenic. Bus stop very close. Definitely recommended if you stay in the 5 Terre.
