Unbelievable. I’ve stayed in a fair few Italian holes in my time, but this place is epic. The basic premise of paying for accommodation is to have somewhere to sleep, somewhere to store your belongings, and somewhere to wash yourself. Fail, fail, fail. In my ‘room’ there is not enough space to actually put my bag down. In the bathroom, there is not enough space to put my toiletry bag, so. It’s in the bedroom.. 1950’s bedding, no lights switch reachable from the bed, just all the bases missed. The shower, is smaller than a human, I’m not huge, but it’s around 45cm square, I can’t even get in it, so one leg at a time to wash, and now towels…. Utter hole. Not even funny. They should be paying customers to stay here.

my stay at the Cristallo is coming to an end and I must admit that my heart aches for the courtesy, kindness and helpfulness found in every person who works there; the owners mum, dad and son Andrea Liverani are exceptional people. the day after my arrival it was my birthday and they made me cry with a cake. What can I say about the hotel, despite the recent flood I found a top structure, spacious, bright, spotlessly clean rooms equipped with every comfort, breakfast, lunch and dinner, abundant, varied. and of great quality (you have to hide from Andrea's shot otherwise you will return home with 5 extra kilos), fresh fruit and vegetables always present; a price-quality ratio cannot be made because the latter exceeds all expectations and deserves 10 stars. I hope to return next year, in the meantime you will remain a beautiful memory that I will have with me in Syracuse. Thanks to the Liverani family and to all the staff who pampered me and made me feel at home

Una vera sorpresa...!! Ottimo Hotel con camere e bagni pulitissimi e funzionanti. Personale gentile e discreto. Grande parcheggio sia per auto che pullman. Eccezionale colazione... mai vista nemmeno in un hotel 4 stelle. Non mancava niente. Un ringraziamento a Victor della reception e al titolare Andrea. Se vi trovate in zona lo consiglio......è da provare per credere....!!!

La struttura è un po' datata ma molto pulita. Ottima posizione con parcheggio privato. Molto silenziosa e vicinissima alle terme. La camera pulita e rifatta tutte le mattine. Unica pecca il wc molto piccolo adatto per bambini. Abbondante la colazione e molto curata con alimenti di prima qualità. Carina e gentile l'addetta alla sala colazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L'hotel è stata una piacevole scoperta. Personale accogliente, camere pulite, cibo eccellente. Piatti preparati secondo la cucina romagnola e di qualità sorprendente, colazione con buffet ricchissimo e con una varietà notevole. L'ambiente è molto familiare ed informale gestito dalla sapiente abilità di Andrea che propone con saggezza e a prezzi giusti ed onesti un prodotto di alta ristorazione. L'unico neo è il box doccia, un pò risicato ma che non impedisce la normale pulizia. Consigliato anche per la vicinanza con le terme, circa 110 metri. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Con marito e bimbi 16 e 5 anni ci siamo fermati una notte di passaggio. Posto comodissimo vicino alle terme e all acqua Land .3 minuti a piedi in mezzo alla natura .l hotel vintage in linea con tutto il paese bellissimo.personale super accogliente e attento al cliente . Cibo ottimo .rapporto qualità prezzo super. Pulizia impeccabile sia degli spazi che dell attrezzatura ( asciugamani lenzuola posate....). Posto auto coperto spazioso parcheggio . Top consigliatissimo
