Hotel molto bello, stile antico, receptionist molto disponibili, addobbi molto belli con luci e anke in stile Halloween.
Camera carina, calda, bagno senza finestra, materasso scomodo troppo duro e i rumori si sentono tutti.
Bisogna uscire per andare in spa, piscina grande ma forse troppa gente, bello l’intrattenimento dei belletti delle signore, la spa al piano di sotto bagno turco, sauna, 3 docce emozionali e 1 sala relax non male ma un po’ piccola.

On the positive side, I must say that the park where the hotel is located is very beautiful, well-kept and relaxing. Our beautiful junior suite, located on the 2nd floor of a building next to the main building, large, clean, very comfortable bed. On the 1st floor of the same building there is an interesting sun terrace with jacuzzi. Rich breakfast, both for sweets and savory ones. What I liked least is the main building, where there is the reception and the breakfast room-restaurant: in my opinion it should be a bit modernized and repainted on the outside. However, the stay was positive and it is quite close to the Imola racetrack (about 15 minutes by car).

Beautiful nineteenth-century spa structure with a stratospheric park that has lost its ancient charm! Unfortunately, the structure has hardly been modernized at all and remains far from the standards of a four-star hotel. It seems to have remained in the 70s-80s, the cleaning is adequate, the staff is professional and trained! Good breakfast and decent restaurant! If the necessary renovations were made it would be a fairytale place!

I chose the Grand Hotel Terme for my daughter's Confirmation, for the elegance of the rooms and for the beautiful secular park that lent itself well to the usual photos. The organizational staff was able to grasp and satisfy my every request. I was pleasantly surprised by the table presented by the Staff, 25 seats, where every detail was not at all left to chance. From the flowers in the center of the table to the placeholders, all curated and personalized. Staff very professional and available for every request of my guests, menu agreed with the Chef very good and with the right quantities. The park is suitable for the usual photos but also for post-lunch relaxation with a pleasant walk.

Location storica all’interno del parco delle terme. Molto bello negli spazi comuni, camere ampie (noi abbiamo prenotato una “elite” che è nella vicina dependance) e funzionali. Servizi di pulizia e reception impeccabili. Abbiamo usufruito della cena, che abbiamo trovata di buon livello (servizio alla carte). Avrei preferito una maggiore varietà e qualità della parte “salata” della colazione, dove avrei desiderato trovare anche prodotti locali (salumi e formaggi non mancano in Romagna). La parte “dolce” invece mi ha soddisfatto. Eccellente la qualità del caffè e dei succhi di frutta. Migliorabili alcuni aspetti della manutenzione delle suppellettili nel bagno, come mensole non ben fissate ed asse del WC ballerino, aspetti “marginali” ma che comunque andrebbero più curati in un hotel di questo livello e di questa storicità. Un problema nell’ascensore è stato risolto velocemente. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile sia al ristorante che nei servizi generali. La Direttrice è sempre presente e molto disponibile a riscontrare le richieste dei clienti. Il prezzo è in linea con i servizi offerti, la comodità della location all’interno del parco delle Terme è un valore aggiunto impagabile. Lo consiglierei a chi deve fare un ciclo termale in ambiente tranquillo e rilassante.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel e, nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente attento e professionale, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e pronto a rendere il soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Questo aspetto ha sicuramente contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. La struttura dell'hotel in stile liberty è molto bella. Mi auguro che venga presto realizzata una ristrutturazione che potrebbe esaltare ancora di più il fascino dell'edificio. Le camere, sebbene confortevoli, potrebbero beneficiare di un miglioramento che le porti al livello di un vero 4 stelle. Con qualche intervento mirato, sono sicuro che questo hotel potrebbe elevarsi ancora di più nel panorama dell'ospitalità. In conclusione, un soggiorno molto piacevole, ma con margini di miglioramento che potrebbero rendere questa struttura davvero eccezionale.
