Hotel molto bello, stile antico, receptionist molto disponibili, addobbi molto belli con luci e anke in stile Halloween.
Camera carina, calda, bagno senza finestra, materasso scomodo troppo duro e i rumori si sentono tutti.
Bisogna uscire per andare in spa, piscina grande ma forse troppa gente, bello l’intrattenimento dei belletti delle signore, la spa al piano di sotto bagno turco, sauna, 3 docce emozionali e 1 sala relax non male ma un po’ piccola.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and, overall, my experience was very positive. The staff was extremely attentive and professional, always available for any need and ready to make the stay as comfortable as possible. This aspect certainly contributed to creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's Art Nouveau structure is very beautiful. I hope that a renovation will be carried out soon that could further enhance the charm of the building. The rooms, although comfortable, could benefit from an improvement that would bring them to the level of a true 4-star. With some targeted intervention, I am sure that this hotel could rise even further in the hospitality panorama. In conclusion, a very pleasant stay, but with room for improvement that could make this structure truly exceptional.

On the positive side, I must say that the park where the hotel is located is very beautiful, well-kept and relaxing. Our beautiful junior suite, located on the 2nd floor of a building next to the main building, large, clean, very comfortable bed. On the 1st floor of the same building there is an interesting sun terrace with jacuzzi. Rich breakfast, both for sweets and savory ones. What I liked least is the main building, where there is the reception and the breakfast room-restaurant: in my opinion it should be a bit modernized and repainted on the outside. However, the stay was positive and it is quite close to the Imola racetrack (about 15 minutes by car).

Beautiful nineteenth-century spa structure with a stratospheric park that has lost its ancient charm! Unfortunately, the structure has hardly been modernized at all and remains far from the standards of a four-star hotel. It seems to have remained in the 70s-80s, the cleaning is adequate, the staff is professional and trained! Good breakfast and decent restaurant! Ho dormito qui 4 notti con mia figlia. Avevamo una stanza con 2 letti, piccolina ma con tutte le comodità. Al mattino, dopo la sveglia, aprivamo la finestra e vedevamo gli alberi secolari che fanno da cornice all'hotel. L'aria è buovissima, fresca e pulita e il silenzio qui è impareggiabile. E solo per questo, o soprattutto per questo, mi sento di consigliare un soggiorno in questo hotel. Il Grand Hotel di Riolo Terme è un bell'edificio di fine '800 con un'aria decadente molto affascinante, che purtroppo si sta perdendo e che sicuramente non si trova negli edifici di più recente costruzione. Noi purtroppo siamo capitate in bassa stagione perciò non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei vari servizi (alcuni a pagamento) che vengono offerti alla clientela, ma tornerei comunque anche in pieno inverno. La colazione è squisita e abbondantissima: croissants al cioccolato, con marmellata o vuoti, pane, burro, marmellate, Nutella, torte, yogurt; oppure uova, formaggi, salumi per gli amanti del salato. E sicuramente ho dimenticato qualcosa! La macchina Nespresso fa anche ottimi cappuccini. Abbiamo trovato persone gentilissime, sia nella sala della colazione che alla reception. Grazie per questa piccola vacanza! Spero di poter tornare presto.
