Unser Zimmer war ruhig und sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und leckere Frühstück. Auch die kleine Bar und der gemütliche Lounge-Bereich laden zum Verweilen ein. "This was not the first time I've been at this hotel. It's a nice place to spend a few nights. The breakfast food is good in terms of variety and the staff is nice and helpful. The spa is always a pleasant place for you to relax. However, the buttons of the jets don't work properly, specially the ones that are only accessible when you are in the pool, which can be frustrating if you like to use them and won't be able to. This time, the sauna was out of work, as well, but they were fixing it. They didn't really seem worried about fixing the jets' buttons, though... When I was at the hotel last year, they weren't already working properly, but now I couldn't even get them to work. The ones that would work, wouldn't be active for a long time after you pressed on them. In other Spas, they usually work for a few minutes when you turn them on. In this one, they would only be active for about 20/30 seconds at a time. The room I stayed in, had a different display. You would go through a corridor with the bathroom at the front and on the left you had the sleeping area. I liked it because it would conceal the noises coming from the outside a bit better. All rooms have a balcony, but something that feels that is always missing are a couple of chairs and a table. The balcony becomes useless without them! I couldn't open the bathroom door well (not even in 90 degrees in relation to the entrance) because it would bump on the bidet. Also, the shower and glass covering the bathtub seemed to be at the wrong wall because it was inevitable to wet the entire toilet when you showered. The corners were a bit dusty and the bathroom bin hasn't been changed from the previous guest. I think the cleanliness can be improved."

"As expected from a 3-star hotel, they clean it well every day, there are enough amenities, and the location is great as you can easily get to downtown Porto by subway or bus!"
