Hotel confortável, limpo, tranquilo, excelente vista da lagoa. Ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que só tem acesso pela rua ao hotel e vice-versa.

Estadia muito boa. Quarto limpo, chuveiro excelente. Apesar de não terem atendido ao meu pedido na reserva de um andar alto e com boa vista, o staff foi muito gentil em todas oportunidades, e o uso e acesso ao carregador elétrico para meu veículo - um grande diferencial na cidade!! - foi perfeito. Recomendo a estadia!!!

Otimo Hotel. Boa infra-estrutura. Bem localizado. Sobre a janta, o hotel tem poucas opções, mas vale a pena comer. Café da manhã bem servido. Alguns quartos são com ar-condiconado de parede, então tem que pedir um quarto com split. No meu caso que tenho renite, é muito ruim ar de parede.

As TVs a qualidade são muito baixas, ainda usam cabos av, seria simples e barato trocar por cabos HDMI, os equipamentos da NEt são muitos antigos não funcionam direito. Os sabonetes líquidos são de péssima qualidade. Ar condicionado muito barulhento e não gela direito.

Hotel bem localizado, em frente a lagoa, pet friendly, funcionários atenciosos, com refeição no local. Quartos confortaveis. Faço uma consideração em relação ao check-in, em virtude de hospedar_me várias vezes, ter que preencher todos os dados, sugiro que só atualizem e entregue a ficha pronta para assinar.

Atención de recepción horrible, limpieza horrible. Hotel que dejó mucho que desear. He recorrido varios en la ciudad y este sin dudas es el peor. No te quieren solucionar ningún imprevisto. No hicieron los cuartos un día. Es de no creer

O atendimento foi ruim. Os funcionários da recepção não eram bem preparados. O problema principal, na minha opinião: o anúncio diz que a hospedagem oferece estacionamento gratuito incluído. Não fica claro que o hotel tem mais de 100 quartos para APENAS 20 VAGAS de estacionamento. Tive que deixar o carro em um estacionamento pago próximo ao hotel. A outra opção, sugerida pelo recepcionista, era deixar o carro na rua. O ar condicionado do quarto era do tipo de parede, bastante barulhento.
