Um dos piores hotéis que fiquei na vida! Limpeza péssima, quarto fedido, roupas de cama e cobertas com cheiro de usadas, a coberta parecia que não era lavada fazia um ano. A pia da banheiro tinha mais pêlo do que tudo, nem parecia ter sido lavada. Fiquei duas vezes, uma vez foi pior que a outra, JAMAIS recomendo a ninguém!

El hotel está muy bien, tanto las habitaciones como el hall y demás espacios. Tiene buen servicio. El tamaño de las habitaciones muy bien, cama cómoda. Muy buena ducha. El desayuno muy completo. Todo limpio y con bu na iluminación natural. Recomendable.

O hotel é antigo, mas confortável. Os quartos são enormes, o banheiro tbm, a cama muito boa. O ponto ruim foram as moscas. Tive que solicitar um veneno na recepção. O quarto estava infestado de moscas no teto. Na recepção e no restaurante também tinha. O que depõe muito contra o hotel. Por isso a nota razoavel. Sugiro que se hospede nos apartamentos com vista para a lagoa. Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos.

O Laghetto Rio Grande surpreende pela qualidade da suíte: Kama king, enxoval muito bom, tv 20' à cabo com bons canais, mobília moderna e nova, chaleira com sachês cortesia, banheiro muito bom e condicionador de ar inverter; ainda tem ótimos elevadores, staff atencioso e eficiente, academia bem equipada, hall e corredores limpíssimos, e muito boa localização. O que faltou então para a quinta estrêla? Bem, do alto de nossa experiência em hoteis e pousadas pelo nordeste, Floripa, Minas e exterior, afirmo que o café do hotel Laghetto RG é deficiente! Os bolos eram de má qualidade, iogustes deveriam ser em potes individuais (com oferta de desnatado), deveria haver mais opções de sucos, únicas frutas descascadas eram melão e mamão; e que tal oferecer tapioca? Também queijo branco (tipo "minas")? Ricota não conta! No restaurante, a falta de opção de prato infantil no menu é imperdoável! Resumo: o Viverone RG, certamente o melhor hotel em Rio Grande, merece um "pequeno almoco" mais qualificado. Leva quatro estrêlas!

Encontramos o hotel atlântico com os apartamentos renovados na categoria luxo. Muito confortável, com aquecimento, banho excelente com água bem quente. Café da manhã é o único defeito, fraco, bem fraco. Mas há um duck bill no terreo, maravilhoso! Melhor pão na chapa que comi na vida.

Não voltaremos!!! Assim como a maioria dos estabelecimentos riograndinos, esse Hotel Atlantico Praia do Cassino - RS não estava preparado para receber turistas. Péssimo atendimento, funcionários nada simpáticos, insetos nos quartos, falltavam toalhas, roupa de cama, colchão, travesseiros, portas travando por falta de pilhas, faltam funcionários, café da manhã é pão com salsicha!! Falta o básico!!! ... E o valor que paguei (suíte é muito ruim) é superior ao de hotéis melhores em Rio Grande-RS mesmo, ou seja, não faça como eu, desista enquanto da tempo!!!!
