I always stay at this hotel, the location is great and they have done a good update on the structure, I highly recommend it, the only thing that left a little to be desired now was the breakfast buffet, but for the rest, congratulations to the new ADM.

The stay was peaceful and pleasant, I had no problems with the room, common and leisure areas or the restaurant and its food. Everything very good and satisfactory. Excellent value for money, one of the best in the Praia do Meio region.

Arriving at the hotel, I was surprised to have my room changed and without the possibility of being given the suite I had chosen online.
The hotel really needs a general paint job. The balcony door is buried, it was difficult to open.
The waiters are excellent, attentive, humorous, as are the maids. Reception needs improvement to explain unforeseen events (eg when saying that my room had been changed).
The problem is the infrastructure of the place, the rest is very quiet.
Unique experience.

Com uma administração nova. Infelizmente mudou em muitos aspectos. Tudo está muito mais caro do que antes. Principalmente o restaurante. O atendimento está mais seco , menos simpático. E tanto na hoje tá de entrar quando de sair, prevalece uma demora gigantesca de no mínimo 1h pra ser liberado. Portanto, pra mim, a qualidade caiu devido a mudança. Funcionários não estão felizes. Consecutivamente refletem na estadia.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento maravilhoso, mas pra mim a comodidade deixou a desejar ( o quarto de casal não é cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiros juntas o que foi desconfortável por dava pra sentir a divisória das duas camas, tinha vazamento de água do banheiro pro quarto ), o café da manhã é muito bom e tem fartura de diversas opções.
