This Villa includes: On the first floor: Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances (in case you feel like cooking) the dining area is large enough to comfortably seat 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, a corner gas burning fireplace to cozy up to, a comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, new laminate flooring on the first floor, flat screen TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi access, a Blue-tooth stereo player so you can connect to Pandora or your favorite music and listen thru built in ceiling speakers. plus a new Weber BBQ. and 1/2 bath. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 Master Suite with balcony, (you can leave your sliding door open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, and the soft ocean breeze) plus a large second bedroom , both with comfy new king size mattresses, carpeting on the floors of the bedrooms and stairs, each bedroom has it's own private full bath with tile floors, TVs and DVD players. Washer and Dryer are also located on the 2nd floor. Cathedral ceilings add to the ambiance. All decorated in a comfortable beach decor. Challenge your friends to a round of golf at the Seascape Golf Course, a PGA rated 18 hole course located just around the corner. Or... take a walk down the meandering path to the beach and let the soft sand massage your feet as you walk along the coastline of the Monterey Bay.
