Hotels Near Museu de Arte Moderna in Rio de Janeiro

I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. The room was very dirty, sabble paper open in the pier, all dirty. 2 towels, 1 was acceptable and the other was completely swept and damaged. I put it on the floor because I had no courage to use it. The bed is horrible and noisy, and the dressers too. Have you seen a short shirt? Yes, it was so much to cover up to half the body and thinnerly impossible. I had nothing but that shirt to cover. Summary: I didn't sleep anything, super discomfortable. It's all about all the rooms, bad clothing. Coffee is half mouth, but in any case I've seen worse. The only positive point is that the reception official called ”D”. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised by the information that the system was out of the air and would take a little, then the same offered us 2 courtesy drinks for the event. The only thing I liked at the hotel, but you're only reserved in the last case if you don't want to get angry.

The hotel accommodation experience was good, but the charges for a local one-day tour that my friends and I signed up for at the hotel were much more expensive than those at other hotels. We had the same tour guide and the same car. Our trip was 5 hours including 5 attractions and no meals. The cost was BRL450, other tourists in the same car stay in another hotel, the cost is BRL430 one day including lunch

It was my first time to go to Rio on business, and I booked this hotel. Overall, the transportation location is very good, and the room conditions are also OK. I recommend it! Everyone should pay attention to safety when coming to Rio, and booking here can improve safety.

We booked a standard room and got a standard room--despite ******* leading us to believe that we'd get an upgrade. And that's OK, but we were very disappointed that one of the rooms allotted to us (we had booked 2 rooms) had water seepage. Plus, despite our request--made one day earlier--that we get two rooms next to each other, we were given rooms on different floors. This is inexcusable because the hotel had ample time to give us two rooms next to each other: we didn't check in until 8 am the NEXT morning (our flight landed at 6 am and I didn't want to not be able to nap--in case we felt like it--after a long flight and jet lag), and I emailed them the previous morning. Then, after promising to have a new room ready for us in 30 minutes, it took them an hour to do so, while my wife and daughter were made to wait in the lobby. More than the delay, it was the lack of courtesy--for example, my wife had to proactively go to the desk and ask for updates about when the room would be ready, rather than the front-desk person providing it to her--that was more bothersome. In addition to these problems, one of the rooms (605) we have has a bathroom door that's stuck--it doesn't open or close easily. I haven't bothered to complain about this because I am sharing the room with a family member (so it's OK if the door isn't fully shut) and we are only now here for one more night anyway. Last year, we stayed Windsor Copacabana, which is definitely less plush, but it is also much (more than 2 times) less expensive, and I feel that you at least get your money's worth there. This is not to say that everything is bad. The staff are friendly and (although we aren't staying in one), the ocean facing rooms (I got a glimpse into one of them) look great. The location is amazing as well, and the view at the top (swimming pool, restaurant, gym) level is very nice.

Overall, my experience was below expectations. My Accor ALL Platinum benefits were not proactively provided. I had to ask for them and was actually blamed for having the do not disturb sign on my door as they apparently tried to deliver my welcome amenity. I was never told until I asked during my second day. I had an issue with room noise from the room above mine at around 23.00 on both nights of my stay. When I called the front desk, no one answered. The hotel needs to fix the peeling in the windows and breakfast food quality could be improved in terms of seasoning and quality. Despite my Accor ALL status, I still got charged for a bottle of water. Unlike the other hotel programs, no such thing as complimentary water or coffee/tea. On a more positive note, the location is great being so close to Copacabana beach. Check in staff was efficient and very attentive. The room and bed were cozy but the sound insulation was not the best.

The hotel is quite beautiful, which means I am quite satisfied with it. Especially when there are performances in the evening, it feels lively and has a vacation-like atmosphere. According to the standards of Golden Diamond, I think it is still a bit not good enough. For example, the breakfast restaurant is simple in decoration. The food is scattered and scattered, like a guest house

Amazing hotel - perfect location on Ipanema beach, outstanding service, stunning pool area for sunsets & drinks. Bed quality is beautiful - I had an amazing nights sleep. While the front rooms with ocean view are bigger / better, then courtyard rooms are also good with great air conditioning, bathroom products, etc. 3rd stay here - will stay again!

The service attitude is very good 👍 It's hygienic and clean, and the environment is beautiful. You don't have to go out to enjoy the sun and the beach. The breakfast is very rich, and the inside and outside courts are very popular.

Beautiful Hotel from room views and the the pool side and the garden beachfront so relaxing 🌅🌇 breakfast Is everything good.🥐🍳 wonderful stays disabled access ♿ toilet, elevator 🛗 so cool haha I was just confused the turnings round elevator abc number anyways on the the room.arw in circles too ☺️ probably it's the designs infrastructure is cute tallest building I love everything and would choose this hotel when comes to Rio de Janeiro don't skip to stay and experience this paranomic views,the hotel stuff are really nice the ladies ,the doorman and even the one helps our luggage the front parking lot big space taxis are outside ready to go.ooh the area is closer to leblon and far from Copacabana,I stay from the Centro when I book the hotel don't have clue how far this hotel from where I was so better check the map me or Google haha 😂 so you won't feel lost like me.its very Forest mountain 🏔️ sides and it's cooler it's difirent sides of town I guess the resort is very outstanding from the area Have a shotp,have good foods, actually don't need to go out if you come for relaxing 🌅 massage,beach eat chilling stay in the morning the sunrise 🌅 so beautiful birds chirping so calm 🦜🦜🦜🦜 it's perfect hotel for me the room have smart light or just a multi colored lights haha makes it more night so romantic ❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤️❤️❤️
