Wonderful hotel, sensational room with very comfortable bed. The hotel pool is small but met expectations. Breakfast was good but the time I went was very busy. Great accommodation option in the center of Rio. Close to the main bars in Lapa.

I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. The room was very dirty, sabble paper open in the pier, all dirty. 2 towels, 1 was acceptable and the other was completely swept and damaged. I put it on the floor because I had no courage to use it. The bed is horrible and noisy, and the dressers too. Have you seen a short shirt? Yes, it was so much to cover up to half the body and thinnerly impossible. I had nothing but that shirt to cover. Summary: I didn't sleep anything, super discomfortable. It's all about all the rooms, bad clothing. Coffee is half mouth, but in any case I've seen worse. The only positive point is that the reception official called ”D”. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised by the information that the system was out of the air and would take a little, then the same offered us 2 courtesy drinks for the event. The only thing I liked at the hotel, but you're only reserved in the last case if you don't want to get angry.

Hotel with many passengers and therefore very noisy, all the noise entered the room. Late check-in. The room key/card would not get the room, three times I had to go to the front desk until the key worked. The terrace and the pool are very small. It's not an ugly hotel, but...

I always stay at this hotel. Great value for money. It is close to the subway and the Riachuelo Theater, which always has good programming. The only thing I recommend is paying maximum attention to your surroundings. Eating there is also pretty bad, as there are few options.

The Hotel it’s not as good as it promised. The location, if you come on holidays, it’s not close to the beach. You really need a car for every moment of the day (beach/ lunch/ dinner). The place has a lot of traffic so it’s normal to take an hour to do 6km. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. I won’t came back.

We were on family holidays, I reserved a four-bed room, with a couple bed and two single beds, which was perfectly suited to us. After a strong rain we returned from a restaurant, we went up to 11th floor and this was flooded! We managed to get to the room and in a short time the water also started to get in it! I called the reception, who knew the problem already, and they told me that I could change the room, we closed the bags and went to another floor. The lift had water, which scared my children. We were directed to a triple room, with a couple bed and a single, we sleeped the first night right there ... we tightened a little. On the other day, I called the hotel's reception, who told me to talk to the hotel's govern, who said the hotel was in works and they didn't expect that rain. I said that we wouldn't have to return to our four-room ... As I had already paid on the entrance, we decided to stay. I made some claims, only one was not answered. But we don't like the way we were answered, in general. Out of this episode: Check-in and check-out ok. WI-FI is not as fast as informed. Parking was not vacant, I had to pay out in another place. Cleaning ok. Breakfast recommended, free. I didn't use room service, but it has. Good location.

I've been here in B&B North Shopping several times and I've always had some small problems from In to Out. But today 04/05 I was surprised by the team that attended me. 3 people smile, sympathetic, performing, with a wonderful humor and careful to what the guest asks.Today I have experienced the true experience that the B&B Network offers in all its hotels. I want to congratulate Priscila, Rafaela and (I'm sorry if you're wrong with the name), Kath. Vcs make the difference!!!! Know that it's this type of professionals that the market requires in this new phase. Congratulations the unit. So every time I'm in the North Zone, I choose vcs.

I went to Rio de Janeiro for the second time and stayed at this great hotel. There is nothing to complain about, just praise and congratulations for the excellent service, great location and beautiful AP. I am already looking forward to the next booking

I stayed there for five nights in January 2020, and have only good things to say about the hotel. Nice and clean room, good food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff (with good advices about where to go - and not to go), great location (400 meters from Copacabana beach and across the street from Cardeal Arcoverde metro station) and in a pretty busy and safe part of the city, with many shops and restaurants. Not too expensive rooms. They can also offer transport to the international airport for 25 real. That's much cheaper than taxi!

Roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas, limpeza do quarto excelente, atendentes muito simpáticas e gentis, garçons e garçonetes do restaurante do hotel muitos gentis também, tanto eu quanto a minah esposa queremos dar nossos parabéns a toda a equipe do Hotel, sempre que vamos ao Rio ficamos hospedados nesse hotel e nunca tivemos nenhum tipo de problema. Nota máxmia para toda a equipe de trabalho.
