For the second time in a row there was no towel in the room. This time it took them more than an hour to replace the towel and it was necessary to go to reception three times for them to respond to the request. Check-in has taken an average of 30 minutes in line to be served. Furthermore, it has a good room, good bed and good breakfast.

I paid the stay for my son and my wife, who went to watch a flamenco game and the hotel is very close to the maracana , they found it great, they are thinking about going again, and they will certainly stay in that hotel.

We live near Rio, if we are going out for a night in Rio or taking Friends out this is where we stay! We book two rooms, One for us one for the nanny and children ! Spend the day by the beautiful pool, then walk the 5 minutes to the centre of Lapa in the evening! Its a fairly ”adult” hotel, but its suits us because of the location and the babies love the pool ! I would recommend staying here one or two nights to experience the nightlife, Spanish steps and the local vibe ! Breakfast is good but the ”oasis” factor is the big deal ! Downsides, checkin can be slow, but they promise me they are working on that, and for the price which is an absolute bargain most of the time makes this a no brainer ! The rooms by the pool are perfect and worth the little extra, the staff are great! I stay here once a month and cant recommend it highly enough ! Of course you get what you pay for, there is no parking, and it can get busy, but as someone who stays in hotels a lot, I recommend this as literally an oasis in the centre of the party district ! And its great value for money !

I enjoyed very much my stay in Rio thanks to this hotel with 24 hours reception and his receptionist who helped us very much (especially Rodrigo, Raquel and Felipe). Good daily cleanliness of rooms. Good position in Lapa next to many boteco, bar, restaurants, supermarket.

Hotel simples, no meio da Lapa. O bairro é bem boêmio, muitos bares, restaurantes, ruas sujas, mas é simpático e sempre tem atividade. O hotel não solicitou o passaporte de vacina em nossa entrada, no entanto, internamente todos estavam usando máscaras, havia álcool gel nos lugares de circulação... Os quartos são simples, mas o ar condicionado era potente, havia um frigobar que refrigerava bem. O chão estava um pouco sujo de poeira, mas em linhas gerais estava limpo. O banheiro era de bom tamanho e estava limpo. A ducha demorava para esquentar, até chegar ao ponto da temperatura gastava muita água. Havia uma boa área de lazer com piscina na cobertura. Muito boa! Com cadeiras e mesas para maior conforto em seu entorno. O café da manhã era simples, mas bom. Bolos, frios, frutas... Não emprestaram taças ou faca para usarmos no quarto. Voltarei a ficar hospedado lá, se for necessário.

The hotel is very well located, super beautiful, extremely pleasant, the terrace always has events at night, so it already gives a sightseeing to start the walk. When I hosted the bathroom had a problem with water and only was available hot water, and I thought the air-conditioning could be individualized by each room and not through tubing.

Ótimo atendimento na recepção. Quarto “Duplo Luxo” amplo e confortável, com saleta e banheiro espaçosos. Vista do quarto linda. Roupa de cama um pouco antiga e com marcas de uso, porém bem higienizadas. Café da manhã farto e saboroso, com boas opções de bolos e doces, principalmente. We chose this hotel from Italy for its location ... Once we arrived we didn't think we were, rather ... The hotel is two steps from the cathedral (before we saw it from the room), a few steps from the Lapa district where there are many rooms to drink and eat, about 1km from Santa Teresa district where there is the famous Selairon scale, about 1km from the Uruguay market (advised to buy gifts at a more competitive price than other stores of souvenirs)... It really is walking from this hotel you reach everything ... Clearly Copacabana,Ipanema, Christ Redeemer do not make text because they are far from the center so you need to take a means ( we have been very good with Uber). Breakfast is worthy as the rooms are simple but clean. The staff is very kind. It is, if you don't ambit to the luxury hotel rather preferring a great location, this is the ideal hotel
